  1. Mad Dog Where are you??? And where is the truck located?? Try Posting your transportation request on both www.brockwaytrucks.org and www.forums.justoldtrucks.com forums. There is a possibility that someone headed to the Brockway 100th Anniversary Celebration in Cortland NY on August 10-11th would like to make a little fuel money on the way?? Brocky
  2. That is a neat Truck. I wonder what 4X4 conversion unit is under the front end? Or did Mack build their own?? If it was a Brockway I would definately be interested!! Brocky
  3. Vlad You are welcome to stay at our place when you swing thru the south. Will have to suffer with no Macks, All I have are Diamond T's and Brockways. Although my Buddy has an F model Mack I can take you over to see. Brocky
  4. Vlad Hopefully you can make it over here one day. Like a lot of us from the States would like to visit Australia.. Be sure to plan your trip for Macungie in June. Will definately fill you up Macks!! Also on your "want to see" list add the Finger Lakes region of NYS and get your visa for Canada so you can visit the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. Brocky

  10. Fire4t3 Yes, I was at Macungie. Am 6'4" 250 with yellow tint glasses and depending on which day a Brockway or HVTA shirt. Think I remember you, out by the transport parking?? Talked with so many people and am lousy remembering names!! Brocky
  11. Red Horse I have a 2006 F250 with the 6.0 Power Stroke and Ford 5 speed automatic. Strictly stock, no chips or upgrades. Brocky
  12. I would presume that your 12k trailer would handle it OK, if it is long enough to the tractor on. Watch out for front overhang getting into your tailgate. Just be sure you have good synthetic grease in the wheel bearings and the heaviest load range tires you can find to fit and properly inflated. Your F350 will do the job fine. My F250 with a heavy 32ft enclosed gooseneck and Diamond T pick up grosses right at 20,000 and handles like a baby carriage. From South Carolina up 77, 81 and 84 to Springfield with cruise set at 68-70 MPH got 10.8 MPG overall. Brocky
  13. Mike That is a great buy. Glad you coculd get it. It was great to meet you briefly. Hope to be able to meet up again and have the time to BS futher. Brocky
