  1. Last I knew the original S.S. Kresge store building still stands just off US 209 south of Stroudsburg PA near the village of Kresgeville PA..

  3. One hellova photoCHOP job!!
  4. I even have a shower on the back of the house and if anyone sees me using it THEY are trespassing!!!
  5. Thanks for your recent pictures of Cowpens..I have not been by there recently.. Gibson's had looked closed, nothing around, for about the last 5 years and the brush grown up to where you could not see the bone yard. The father Lee passed away about a year ago. This past fall the son and daughter showed up at our show in Dacusville SC and then at Lincolnton NC with 2 trucks. Hopefully they have settled things and are back in business??
  6. Try the "Down Under Outback" this time of year.. We were there in August/Sept, Their Spring, ans it was short sleve shirt time in Alice Springs and we were swimming in the ocean at Cairns.
  7. Jim Ever stop to think that chasing the nurses is what may have put him in the Hospital??? Mike: Get well soon!! You have been in the body shop TOO OFTEN recently..
  8. Bob They are a day and a half ahead of us Down Under. Left LAX airport at 10PM Saturday night, flew for 15 hours in the air, and landed in Sydney AU at 6 AM Monday morning..
  9. I did not know him other than by "legend", although we may have crossed paths at ATHS 2012 Springfield Mass. Our Prayers and condolences to his family and truck friends
  10. Larry Per Joe D. (chocko): LEAVE THE SPOKES!!!!!!! I am just to old school and the Aluminum Budd's just do NOT look right on older, especially east coast, trucks!!
  11. We enjoyed a lot of VB on our tour last year.. Found some weird named and tasting draft Beers at some of the pubs.. Had one couple from Colorado who tried about everything they could find!!!
  12. Swishy You must have gone to the south coast or Taz to find that much!!
  13. Nuss's dump truck was parked near me at Springfield MO and am thinking(????) the sign said it came out of an iron mine in Minn?? But I might be confused as Nunn is also out of up that way.
  14. The BJ & Bear truck participated in the Special Olympics Convoy in Columbia SC last September.
  15. Interesting?? Concrete blocks on both ends.. Must fill them with a road tanker then drive the equipment up to them??
  16. Russ Nunn owns it but if I remember the sign right Mahan's shop was in on the restoration?? I am Thinking that Jim's Macungie picture may have been in 2015 as both were at York together also.
  17. Brad Glad to hear the info helped.. Hope all works out for you.. Maybe we will meet up at Cortland in August..
  18. Billy Where are you?? I have a 358LL I will sell you. Needs a complete restoration. Email me at brocky45@prtcnet.com
  19. I see the name McHugh on that rail car with a crane on it.. They have one of the Mack railroad engines which they bring to Macungie every year..
  20. Brad Here is a link to this truck on the Brockway Trucks .org website which include some before pictures. http://www.brockwaytrucks.org/messageboard/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=5102 Not sure why he is selling?? Maybe finishing his Brockway wrecker?? He had it at Cortland last year so Tom Millard (oldspwr@gmail.com) or Stan Augustine (PM thru Brkwy site) have looked it over and can answer some of your questions about it. Remember you always ask high.. Offer $9-10K and go from there up to his $12k. Brocky
  21. Our Thoughts and prayers are with you and your family
  22. In the picture of Greendash was that a 60 Pontiac sitting there?? Sure looks better than the old Chrysler product in the last picture!!
  23. The 24.5 is actually the Tubeless replacement for the 22 inch tube type tires. As far as I know there is no tubeless replacement for the old 24 inch tires used on a lot of old heavy duty trucks. If there was it would be 26.5..
  24. Our thoughts, Prayers, and condolences go out to the entire Moore Company family.
