j hancock Posted August 28, 2017 Share Posted August 28, 2017 The sheet metal is the same between the two models if both are soft nosed. An LJ hard nose is a little different. The truck in the picture looks like might be running 24" rubber which makes me lean toward it being an LJT. I believe there was more chance to find a Cummins under the hood of an LJ than an LF so seeing what looks like a Cummins emblem on the hood side was another clue. As always, your mileage may vary... Just different engines than ED installed in NR models. A kind of next generation. Cool pics of those L's.
