ranchhopper
They could have least tried to get the overspray off the tires from repainting the rims the frame has been repainted too lots of alarm bells go off when reading the description and then looking at the truck.

VT Mack
Does that have wedge brakes? It looks like a truck that was at George Moore Truck in Keeseville NY, if it is the same truck it was kept inside for many years.
Joe Ditchkus
Yes it has wedge brakes. I went to the Ebay pictures and there they were wedgies. They should have kept it in the garage a few more years. Maybe the wedges would turn into cam brakes. Wishful thinking.

6368
I thought everyone liked wedge brakes. My daily driver has stopmasters up front. I think they are great .
terry
Everybody that I know that bought a used truck with them changed them before doing anything else, I have worked on them, If everything is new they work real good, but a lot of small parts to fail. terry

bobgil
I bought a 1965 C Model with wedge brakes on it. They worked good going down the road but set the parking brake and it rolled freely. I started trouble shooting them and pricing parts, it was way cheaper to change it over to S cams I found used backing plates etc and it was even cheaper at $100 for all the parts that weren't normal wear items them new parts all of them for less than one had of the wedge Brake prices. The new wedge brakes after about 2000 are not the same and nothing would interchange for me 1 Quote Bob Gil If it an't a Mack could it really be a truck???
