He bought it in 67 with about 15000mi on it and drove it till 84 when it blew a luber line and locked the motor up. It's been in the shed since then it serial is R609 ST 1127. My dad is getting up in age and I know if I don't help him with it It'l just be a dream of driving it again never a reality. He has had a bunch of macks including a LJ and a few b's it's been I. The shed longer than I have been alive and I want to see it as a whole as much as he does. I have already gained a lot of knowlage just reading old posts. Plus I need the 5 speed to put behind the 300 maxidyne the old man has waiting for the 66. It sucks but I basically need all the parts from a whole truck to make my dads a truck again. Everything seems to work I'm thinking it would be a shame to take it apart. The only thing I don't know about is the back of the frame seems to be cut off. There is no rear crossmember.
