High Point had some of the coolest Macks over the years for sure.Wonder if he still has the B61 wrecker after all the smoke cleared?

I remember seeing trucks for sale their some years ago, when you say the smoke cleared, what happened? terry

Great shot of the DM lowboy.

You even got the old "Hydro-Pruf" building in the background. Fans of "The Sopranos" saw that same building in the opening credits.

That was our tractor.I can remember when ever we would have a heavy load on it and had to come to stop on a hill the fan would hit the shroud. The truck was original ordered by a fellow that was going to use it as a tri-axle dump in north NJ.I'm sure by now if it still on the road the frame has to have some crack in it.

i vaguely remember a Highpoint employee as a member on here or a similar site.

Not another site like this! ;) ...kind like New York Pizza in Kansas...Copied but never even close.

There was some one asking if their wrecker was an old High Point Truck a while back. Paul
