Northernsuperliner Intro

Greetings all,

I'm Norman Merlo from Smithers, BC, Canada. I haul logs with my '89 Superliner, E9, 12 speed. My truck is somewhat unusual as it is a tri-drive. It's probably the only Superliner tri-drive around; Mack made lots of CLs and now Titans. I built it over a month using a cut-off from a KW that had burnt. My interests on this board will be anything concerning E9 V-8s, Superliners, and R models generally. I am fortunate to have a Mack/Volvo dealer in town. Even so, finding parts for working units is becoming a challenge. I recently needed a door for mine and was lucky to get a complete one from a friend two hours away.

In my shop sits a '48 International KB cab that will become a rat rod, but that's for another board.

Happy motoring.

Welcome to the party. I would like to see your tri drive Superliner (even if it does have KW parts).
