  1. So I take it these won't be available in the US?
  2. Crane work was all throughout wolf creek pass. Some areas they had blasted rock and it looked like the fence hanging crew was following them. It is the bridge south of cascade, do you know what famous movie it was in? It was in sort of a stand off hint hint.
  3. Well you know why she always where's a pants suit? If she wore a skirt her balls would hang out.
  4. Obummer is the biggest idiot. Trump the man who turned a million dollar loan from his dad into billions running his own companies, dealing with city, state and government officials along with cfo's running his subsidiary companies can't handle the stress like good ole "community organizer" (what a farse of a"job") obummer has done so far. Ha! That man couldn't pour piss out of a boot with the directions on the heel.
  5. Nope, good guess though. It was on the silver screen once.
  6. I had a busy weekend. Had to drive down to Dillon to attend a college graduation. Not sure how to get captions to coincide with the pics since they are in two different boxes so I'll give a description of what I saw here and hopefully you guys can put the rest together. Saw this giant shovel working at the mine in butte. A view of the cuts and tailing piles from the south. Saw some cranes putting up chain link netting to keep the rocks out of the highway. Saw a man fishing in the river. Anyone recognize this bridge? It's famous. Sorry for leading you guys on but I can't seem to get the crane pics and the shovel pics to load. Pics taken with same phone at nearly the same time as some others posted on here so I'm (as usual) clueless as to why they won't load up. Have to wait until my smarter half can tell me how I screwed up 😀
  7. Remember that news article Paul posted recently where someone else in the gop was quoted saying (this is not really word for word but gets the idea across) the voters don't get to choose the nominee we do. Sounds rigged? Kinda like a dictatorship where we pretend our vote matters? Trump shakes politicians to their core because he exposes the crooked leaches running our bloated government.
  8. That's the poor 2 party mentality I was talking about. Voters should be able to vote for who ever they want no matter what group they're affiliated with or what ever they're reasoning.
  9. at least trump was honest. in the first debate he pointed out how politicians are bought and he said I would know because I donated to all your campaigns. Trump is at least a business man not a career politician leaching off the public for years and years. It's nice to see a politician who doesn't speak in sounds bytes or read what his party prepared for him from a teleprompter.
  10. Let's hope she gets indicted and all others who won't vote for her will vote for trump showing the people want a change. Trumps not perfect but electing him sends a statement and opens up the idea that a third party can be a real option instead of our crummy 2 party this or that system. Go trump, go USA!
  11. I saw a big load coming into town today.
  12. It does seem like a lot. If memory serves me correctly, when I hauled grain with a 379 long hood with a pusher axle and a triple axled grain trailer I think I weighed 35 or 36K. I believe the tag from the factory on the tractor said empty weight was just under 18 or maybe it was 19K.
  13. Unfortunately that's true with exception of if it was an illegal who did the hit and run they can skitter back to Mexico and hide out until things cool off and come back here again illegally get an illegal cdl again. If it was an American it's a lot harder to run and hide because our real info is on our licenses and neighboring countries will extradite us.
  14. Yeah I think you have it right Paul. Likely an illegal with a false cdl making a run for it.
  15. Came across this news story and couldn't believe what I was reading. Police searching for driver of big rig involved in fatal hit-and-run in Vernon - LA Times - www.latimes.com http://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/la-me-ln-big-rig-fatal-hit-and-run-20160430-story.html
  16. Don't know. Mine from whaT he's described mine has different controls like inter axle and dry slippery valves so I was guessing maybe his were labels or worded differently. Like I said earlier, lots more knowledgeable people on here than I.
  17. I would assume run park would be your parking break for the truck. Tractor protection valve sends air to your trailer but in a major leak on your trailer or a break away situation it cuts off the air to your trailer so the trucks air system is protected meaning it won't drain all your air so you can still use the breaks. The 3rd axle loaded unloaded I believe is to pro porting the amount of braking power to your front breaks so in an empty situation you won't skid the front tires and lose control. The lever that say not for parking sends air (service side) to the trailer to apply the breaks. Older trailers didn't have park or spring breaks so you had to get close hook your glad hands up and pull on the Johnson bar to ally breaks on the trailer but not the truck so you could back under it. You can also use it for a tug test befor you take off making sure your king pin is latched. Hope this helps. Many more knowledgable people on here than I which I'm sure will make things even clearer for you.
  18. I say it's a stum
  19. Pretty unusual in these parts to see a COE still working.
  20. I think it's a really close fit with a few mods. Read Freighttrains thread "237 flywheel" and it's pretty extensive on what he did putting a 237 in his b model. Click on thread below to read.
  21. Neat story. I have some inlaws in that area I'll have to question and see if they remember it or have any pics.
  22. Pretty neat video. 2 big windmill farms were built in my area some stuff like the blades came by special rail cars but most of it including blades came in by truck and was impressive to see. The crane that put them together was impressing too. Each track frame put on its own lowboy by the crane as it dismantled itself.
  23. Great looking truck you have there.
  24. Like it was said earlier Painless Performance wiring harnesses are awesome. Everything wire labeled multiple times so there is no confusing any wires. Redid my cj5 with one and it was a breeze.
  25. I drove an old binder with a little v8 cat and a morse? Automatic transmission with a periscope so you could see how full the truck was as you are catching grain on the fly during harvest.
