  1. Looks like it's coming right along.
  2. Nice to see some thing being made here again.
  3. All that new technology to combat bird poop, nice.
  4. Nice pics, like the two guys fishing in the back ground.
  5. Beautiful bikes Paul. I'm very envious, always like the classic lines and colors of the older bikes. I'll have to see if I can find my pic of my grandpa and his '54 or '55 Harley. He said when he finished up with the navy right after Korea he and a buddy each bought a HD and road them back to Montana. I believe they were both suicide shifts as well.
  6. The only commercial trucks I've ever seen running propane are the Schwans frozen food trucks. Would be interesting to find out how big of a tank they have and where they fill up at. Mom and pop gas stations and Co-op's still fill propane tanks on the spot but most places are going the bottle exchange program unless the place of business is specifically dedicated to filling gases like Norco.
  7. Is Detroit trying to put either of these engines in a light truck? Just seems more than a coincidence that the smaller diesel in a light duty truck is the craze and Detroit comes out with 2 potential light duty engines.
  8. Interesting read thanks.
  9. Did you see this posted a little farther down the page? http://blog.hemmings.com/?p=98403 i really like how high up the drivers cock pit sits. Would be fun to drive and "survey" your surroundings. Think of all the great pics OtherDog could take from that vantage point! He could spot winfall wimmin from a full mile away.
  10. Let's not forget trump just whooped it up in Massechusetts, he got more votes there than when Romney was governor and running for the presidency
  11. LOL! Good one
  12. That are worn once then put back into the box from what I've heard.
  13. Yeah just like all the bogus biodiesel plants in Montana, as soon as the subsidies ran out they closed their doors.
  14. Too many good trucks to just choose one. H models, b models and RW's probably my favorites but every once in awhile someone posts a pic of a Mack that I've never seen before that I end up really liking.
  15. Its US HWY 2, and like you said its relatively empty. The pick of the snow and of the wide load are nearly at the same spot. Most of the highway does not have shoulders which it desperately needs.
  16. Lead greeted by crummy snow storm this morning Saw a big Mack truck with a wrecked rail car tanker Saw a big load
  17. Thank you very much Barry your actions are highly appreciated and will help keep us informed on the latest and greatest in the trucking world.
  18. Don't see why not. Just hook the batteries up properly so you don't end up with 24 volts.
  19. Yeah it is a lot of tractor for a roller. I suppose it's a one tractor does all operation.
  20. 600hp Case quad track
  21. Ok that makes sense.
  22. Does anybody still make them? This thread is the first 3 roller I've ever seen. Why not?
  23. That is a tall bugger. Now go get that knee fixed, life's to short to hobble around.
  24. Good to see the information getting out here somehow but the news thread seems to be pretty barren since KS ran out of his posting ability. I remember there seemed to always be something new to read in the trucking news thread so even on slow days there was something to read on BMT.
  25. Any guess at what that boom weighs full of concrete? I'm thinking it's more than a you think but I have no idea.
