  14. about 10 years ago for 2-3 years I thought you use 85-140 in my RTO14613 and it seem like the transmission ran hotter then I found out It was to use 50w which seems to run cooler, but like glen said I ate up the synchronizer, when you let of the petal it would fall out of gear.
  15. We still have the truck,we hardly ever get rid of any truck we buy. don't know why, just hate to see them get junked out.
  16. Yes Mike it runs good had to get the fuel pump rebuilt but those old O rings in the cummins pumps with the new fuel don't mix. one of these days I might get smarter, hope before I run out of time. hope you make it to York or Macungie.
  17. I wish that had Cummins power, the one my dad has is a 62 DBF405 with a 220 Cummins from a IH 230 from Superdogs place. it has a set back front axle with an alum. sleeper cab.
  18. The end of the main cap that holds the carrier together sits in 4 steel supports that helps to keep it moving around. it is a snug fit, I install the bolts and tighten them down even and when it is perfectly level it should drop in. use some good silicone when you put it together.

  20. I took a 2013 Freightshaker to get warranty work the other day and the guy working on it said he wouldn't use NAPA filters, If I didn't have any Mack filters I always used Napa filters with no problems. I bought 2 Carquest oil filters and they say Baldwin on them. Thanks for the replies.
  21. Don't know if theres all ready a topic on what brand of filters everybody uses, just wandering what you guys are using for oil & fuel filters. I have been using Mack and NAPA filters for a long time with no problems just wandering if one filter is any better than the other.

  23. I am still interested in the complete front axle if you part it out.
