  1. Cheaper than a nursing home
  2. When I worked at Hagerstown, I was able to get a ride in one (1985/1986). Nice ride.
  3. What is attached on the rear?
  4. Still looking for NOS grille sections (6MF530M and 6MF531M). I contacted several "chrome" shops but nothing (business must be good). Any help locating NOS parts is DEFINITELY APPRECIATED.
  5. There are also several swap meets at Carlisle, PA. Likely the only one that might have parts is the Truck Nationals in August. I never attended the Truck Nationals so I do not know what you will find. Macungie and SPAAMFAA would be the main meets to possibly find parts. Link to Carlisle Events.... www.carsatcarlisle.com
  6. Now you know the origin of the "Big Horn" name on your 2500....although no resemblence, just a name.
  7. Pics samples or it didn't happen.
  8. I went to bed at 8:30p.
  9. Graphic Image Format = gif
  10. Thanks for the comments. I agree....likely choice is rechrome. Still looking for NOS parts but so far no luck.
  11. Look out for low flying drones.
  12. Do search on Google and you will find answers. From what I can find, it will not go against your CSA score unless there was a DOT driver/vehicle inspection at the time of the violation. And overweight will not go on your driving record. Disclaimer....I slept at the Holiday Inn.
  13. I was able to get a good close-up of the chrome issue on the "NOS" grille. I tried some chrome polish and it seems to help but you can still see the fine "pits" in the chrome, not a smooth mirror finish. Bottom pic is before polish. Thoughts?
  14. model should be stamped on the transmission data plate (lower LH side). T2070 shift pattern
  15. If you have an "electronic" fuel pedal you have a VMAC I. Does your truck have electronic cruise control? In my MH, the computer/ECM is in the cab under the dash on the passenger side.
  16. I see it now...retaining ring. THANKS for the update!
  17. Where does the 2509 retainer go? Do you have the original Mack part number? The only retainer listed in the parts book is for the shocks.
  18. 6 = 5 speed with a granny low.
  19. Nice B but where is the horseshoe?
  20. The MH handbook has similar verbage. I don't think I push it to the floor when I shift. Reason being, when I am sitting and want to put the tranny in gear I need to push the clutch in until it hits the floor stop. Thanks!
  21. This is one mean sounding tractor.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qRfcgKbzWNo
  22. How far does one have to push in the clutch for the brake to work?
  23. My MH is a 1992 with EM7 300 with VMAC I. If I remember correctly, the VMAC I was just an electronic governor and smoke control. I am sure there are others on BMT that know the complete story.
  24. There was a C at Watt's but don't know if it is still there (may be in the back lot).
