  1. I remember the Mack shop at Hagerstown Powertrain back in the mid 80s. It was about the size of a phone booth and was CRAMMED with goodies. But something is better than nothing. Someone from BMT will have to check it out and write a "trip report".
  2. Nice vids. I see Watt's got a quick advert. You guys will soon be charging to look and listen to your IH. Will you be signing autographs at Watt's show?
  3. Saw this article... http://www.truckinginfo.com/news/story/2013/08/new-mack-shop-opens-at-the-mack-customer-center.aspx?utm_campaign=headline-news-20130809&utm_source=email&utm_medium=enewsletter&prestitial=1#.UgblhVSPQpQ.email
  4. Nice Brocks...nice pics...thanks Vinny
  5. It didn't take long for this thread to go deep into the gutter.
  6. Nice pics! I am going to visit Beaver, PA sometime soon.
  7. On my way from central PA to OH today I was thinking a good run would be Mack Hagerstown north on I-81, Chambersburg to Bedford via route 30, I-99 north to route 22, route 22 west to New Alex home of Watt Mack. Lots of uphill and downhill grades crossing the mountains. Lots of neat places along the route.
  8. bio, water, etc. will cause debris. also old fuel will degrade and form gums/sediment. is the fuel dark? drain the fuel and look inside the tank.
  9. Put a hood and bumper on it and take it to Gerhart's!
  10. Barry - I plan to be there with my MH. If I bring the trailer...will I need to drop it in the back of the show grounds?
  11. I like the look of the Ford N but this one has too much "glitz" for me. Can't see the truck for all the chrome.
  12. You are correct but you sit higher in a cabover so chances are the "accident" will be "under" you. That is unless you hit a wall.
  13. Nice pics. COEs rule!
  14. Does it shutdown with the engine at low idle? Have you tried running the engine at 1000-1200 rpm and see if it still shuts down? Could be computer is programmed to shutdown after 30 seconds at idle. Seems quick (30 seconds) but you need to check the computer shutdown setting. BTW, welcome to BMT.
  15. Frito-Lay used trailers with (what looks like) 15" wheels. Hank the crank has some pics.
  16. Good looking MH! Nice work! P.S. I have a few tractors that you can restore.
  17. Yes, prayers to you and your family.
  18. Mike, Always interested in MHs. Next time you are in the area, stop-by and take a look (pics too).
  19. Great video. Love the Diesel sounds. Someone needs to organize a run here in PA.
  20. I will be there Friday but only till 12N on Saturday (need to be in Altoona by 4p). Already have hotel reservations in Akron, PA (Rodeway Inn). May miss the BMT group photo. Maybe OD can photochop my mug if I am absent.
  21. I would like to polish the front bumper on my MH before the Watt show on the 24th. I saw a White Diamond demo at Mid-America that looked easy with good results. WD can be purchased at Advance Auto Parts. Has anyone used White Diamond polish? If so, your opinion? Other recommendations? http://www.whitediamondamerica.com/metal-polish.html
  22. Nice looking Superdog and F. Too bad the Super has a hummin Cummins.
