  1. Haven't been to the Mt. Pleasant show in a LONG time (early 80's). Couple nice looking trucks to take to the show. Enjoy and post some pics.
  2. Just saw this pic posted on fleBay...
  3. I like the 66 but my favorite is a 1970 SS 454 LS6 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KI74SZd_x44
  4. Forecast is for great weather on Saturday. Looking forward to seeing other BMT members and lots of vehicles (a few good lookin' wimmin would be nice too). If OD gets his truck back on the road, he could bring some Winfall ladies. Anyone coming from the east? I will leave the farm around 6:30a and take Route 22 to New Alex. Should be at the show around 8a.
  5. I agree. Either "homemade" or aftermarket.
  6. And wommin #3 is driving? SCARY!
  7. EM7-300 spec sheet lists the dry weight as 2142#.
  8. Nice pics and thanks for the phone call. Did you get the pin and air bag replaced? Did you have to overnight there? P.S. You have good luck when it comes to "seat covers".
  9. I think I will keep looking for a 1973 or newer R. Unless a pre-1973 is rust free and CHEAP! Of course a newer R will need to have the same credentials.
  10. Vlad will do anything to impress those Russian wimmin. http://www.grindtv.com/lifestyle/culture/post/massive-hovercraft-lands-on-crowded-russian-beach/
  11. Problem with "antique" plates, in the 60s some states went to a yearly sticker. Finding plates with the year stamped in them is difficult.
  12. Thanks for the information. I thought the plus cab started around 1973 but was unsure of other specifics. So if I want a R, I should be looking for a 1973 or newer? To recab a "rusty" pre-73 would require an early cab? I am not into repairing sheet metal.
  13. I am sure this info is somewhere on this site but too lazy to search.... First year for the R Plus cab? Is there a noticeable difference in leg room in the Plus cab? First year for the "plastic" dash in a R? Is the Plus cab a "direct" bolt up on an earlier R (mounts, steering, electrical, air, etc.)? Other improvements in the Plus cab versus earlier cab? Thanks for the info!
  14. Cummins had the V8 developed several years ago waiting for some company to put it in a pickup. They originally thought Dodge would put it in the Ram. Cummins also has a V6 version of this engine.
  15. Nice pics especially the MH! Thanks! Agree...the MH and Superdog is a nice pic. Need Vinny's video clip for Randy for the FWD.
  16. Great pics! Thanks! Always liked that style of Massey Ferguson.
  17. Changed out the valve this morning. No leaks at the valve or dash!
  18. Stopped by Watt's this morning and picked up a new Bendix valve from Barry. I had the wrong part number, correct one is 20QE3219. Tomorrow I will pop the lid off the dash and make sure it is the same valve. Then do some wrenching and change it out.
  19. Thanks Vinny. The guy is sending pics but would like someone with some "knowledge" put an eyeball on it and take lots of pics.
  20. Didn't know the man but always upsetting to see someone as young as him pass away. My condolences to his family.
  21. You (we - OH) will likely get a letter. But I am planning to drop off my med card when it is renewed. You do not need to renew your license (if it is not expiring). I forgot, the BMV does charge $3.50 for the "luxury" of handling the med card renewal.
  22. bump! anyone near auburn that could look at this truck? PM me.
  23. Understand. I have a few engineer friends at Hagerstown. I will ask them.
