  1. got it.. I figured it was called low instead of 1st. after you posted. I am at odds as to why it doesnt pre-select in all the low range gears. Can you put it in 8th and pre-select low range to see if it trys to shift into low range? you should be able to do this while stopped. Im leaning towards an issue with that shift rail, but still not clear. I have the Mack book for that tranny. I may try to look at it this afternoon.
  2. 🤕 ouch
  3. I want to see what a T-313 looks like..
  4. Can you post a picture of the shift pattern decal? I have rebuilt enough 2130/2180 tranny's to know a bit, But i am curious...

I have a Pro Set, but this may be good enough for you, and be a good addition to the tool box. There are many other choices....
  6. Some, on here have made pressure testers with PVC parts. If you do that, keep in mind that when you get near 10 psi, these home made tools can pop off with a vengeance. So build it smartly.
  7. Sounds like a worn detent for the shuttle. You say 4th. But over to the right and down is 5th. Before i go too big, what recent work was done to the trans, shift cover for example ?
  8. Fuel filters?
  9. Sounds like crap work to me..
  10. https://photos.app.goo.gl/zNRtiBM8w1gyo5Nv7 This is all i have. I know the cranks are the same, just hoped to have part numbers to show you..
  11. The plugs are already there on the factory cab harness. Are the tags on the other truck in better condition, so you can identify the correct plug ?
  12. Yes the thing on top. Gently Clip a vice grip on the input shaft, and unscrew it out if the housing.. the top cover will come with it.
  13. if you can knock that housing loose, you should be able to unscrew it out of the housing. It has the worm gear on it. also,,,,? on the sector shaft, is there a deep groove where the seal rides? very common... A machinist, can weld it up, and then turn it down to new. Not sure what you are trying to do at this point but there are options other than hunting for another steering gear. I'm curious what the Dog Pound say's..
  14. The bolt slots are stamped for front or rear. Use the hole related to the position, so that the angle is right
  15. When you move the pedal does the pin move with it or is it stuck in the yoke ? It looks like it moved a 1/4".
  16. New wine corks are synthetic, and wont crumble
  17. Got any wine corks to trim down and screw on the holes ?
  18. Do you have plugs for the ports to keep the cucka out ? I beleive they are 3/8 NPT threads.
  19. 60-80 psi. Definitely check that.
  20. Your killing me Tom. Bad memories are coming back. Maybe you need to go to Quick Care in Winfall.
  21. Happy Birthday to "navypoppop".. 🎂🎁🎉
  22. I dont like her. She has an Ivy League degree and was well spoken. Then she gets her current job, and turns into an ebonics speaking member of the "Hood".... A total waste of a chair that could be filled with a smart person.
  23. the Dems will probably want to change the name of ICE to something like 'Suspended Cold Water' ..
