That looks just like the one on my 48 International KB-7.. mine is a Wagner Lockheed, and I actually got one from O'Reilly Auto parts.. there was a number cast into mine that I used to get the new one.

I have only ever used the kent-moore tool.. however, i was told that you can look inside the hole and line the marks up and it will be timed.. Maybe someone will add to what I wrote.. I personally am not comfortable doing that. I happen to own a timing tool, and know how to use it.. Jojo

I would assume there are seals. If you P.M. your address to me, I will send you a bag of seals. I'm not sure if they are correct, but you can see if they work.. I have lots of them. -

Another way to check the trunnion bushing wear without taking anything apart, is to use a magnetic base with a dial indicator.. stick it to the trunnion bar, and point it to the A-Frame saddle, then jack the rear wheels of the ground under the center of the trunnion bar, and record the measurement of movement.. we use to call .100" 'worn'. I was talking to a couple guys at work today.. They said that the local meat markets are not cheaper at all.. I guess I was hoping that I could buy fresh meat cheaper, and support a local farmer or business.. I really miss the prices of things from 3 years ago.. We were able to afford everyday items.. Of course what I just said is for a different thread here at BMT.. I greatly respect all of you that have been able to process your own meats.. I wish I was one.. Jojo

its not pressurized. it just returns oil from the turbo bearings.. Can you take pictures and post them? The only pressurized oil line is the feed line to the turbo, on that side of the engine.. the lower exhaust studs leak after a while. -
Now That's what i'm talkin' bout.. I wish I was raised that way.. We dont have deer processors in my area, and deer are everywhere.. I would love to fill my freezer. one of the 25 year old guy i work with pays $10,000.00 a year to hunt in Ohio and Illinois and N.C. ( I mean His Daddy).. anyway, It's not easy here for me to hunt on Game lands.. The land owners here, don't like Yankee's, so getting permission is a no-go..

are there any numbers cast into it? I have a Sealco book. I can try to get a part number.. It looks like and older version of what we call a QR-1 valve... (quick release) -
no, phillips i beleive. its been a while... maybe a torx screw.. It's easy... this would be a good time to blow the dust out of it too.. Jojo

take the overboard breather out and see if its plugged with sludge.. have you replaced the oval gasket where the oil return tube bolts to the turbo? What shape is the oil feed hose to the top of the turbo? Nice picture, I have been to the top of Mt. Washington twice.. not hiking,, driving the auto road.. Once on a motorcycle.. Awesome !! -
yes, remove the cluster and take the back off, (circuit board).. there are skinny bulbs, like a 1/4 sized #194.. I forgot the bulb number.. sorry..

Truth is... This country needs guys like you to teach the dumbasses how to do everything.. Of course they cant get dirty, gotta keep their looks right... anyway,, i'm actually doing good at work, the boss's see that I can do more work and do it right, and not have to babysit me, while the kids take all day to hang 3 light fixtures from the ceiling, where there were already fixtures, just needed to switch out the old with new LED lights.. it took 2 days to do it.. Meanwhile, i'm re-building oil pumps, gear boxes and roots blowers... Oh well....

Todays Kid's SUCK !!! worse than when I was a 'Sucky kid' These Kid's are DUMB.. One of my co-workers is 21.. He was asked to 'lay out' some measurements for a bracket.. one of the tasks was to add 9/16'' and 1/2''... Instead of just saying 1 1/16'' off the top of his head...... He instantly/naturally grabbed his cell phone,,, put it to his mouth,,, and said,,,, ''Seary'' What is 9/16'' + 1/2''... I,, friggin snapped and said, Put that Fu*^*ing phone down !!!!! and do the damn math... Oh My Sufferin' Christ !!
