  7. thats a new one?????? are you talking about air conditioning? how would you know what the ac head pres.is? if you are talking about system air pressure then i would say you have a bad air governor
  8. if your trailer has maxi-spring brakes yes pulling the red knob is what locks your trailer brakes when you are parked. a properly working system will automatically kick the red valve out when you pull the yellow one. however if you have a really old trlr.which does not have maxi-spring brakes then your trailer brakes will only hold when parked until the air in the tank under the trailer leaks off

  10. there is an assortment of blast media on the market that can be used for fragile apps . sponge - olivine which is crushed olive pits - walnut hulls -crushed glass- as said corn cobs several others as well as soda which is the most expensive of all -24 to 35 dollars for a 50 pound bag. crushed glass used with a water induction nozzle at max 80 psi air pressure can be used on fiberglass if you know what you`re doing

  14. for one co. although an old one ( rio grande trucking) out of denver colo had 1963-4-5 -6 and 67 petes and kws with jake brakes + 12 in wide watercooled mountain brakes on all their trailers and most of the tractors
  15. need to find a shop manual either paper or pdf covering 2000 series transmissions (particularly) synchronizer sections

  23. did some snooping and found that at least part of the rig I am talking about was built by cmi corp out of okla. not sure if the dump system was theirs or not. but it worked there was a steady stream of trucks feeding that thing
