Matt- outstanding piece of work. Agree on comments on welding up a bracket out of plate but this just adds to your trucks "wow" factor.

Actually I thought that was the primary function of a right hand wing- knock the height of the built up windrow down so in the next storm, the front plow has a place where the snow rolling off the plow can go. And speaking of wings, any opinions out there on wings on 19,500lb trucks like F-550's? I'm told a lot of towns in Northeast are going that route. My town had budgeted almost 120 grand for a new 550 with a wing. I couldn't believe it but it didn't happen in the end-only because the town ordered an F-550 crew cab and when the chassis got to the body outfitter he broke the sad news..."can't put a wing on a 4 door!

I have to say that Iveco conventional looks as good if not better than a lot of the conventionals we have available here. High vertical windshield for high seating position with good line of site, and it LOOKS like a truck! Only thing it needs is stand alone turn signals so they don't get lost in the glare of the headlights-but what am I thinking-those stand alone turn signals would lead to a loss of .0002 MPG!

Well, I clicked on the website to check it out. As usual typical inattention to detail. For example, they show a picture of a tractor pulling a beverage (bay) trailer. Does the ad copy refer to a " tractor application"? No- its a..." 650 with a beverage body". I don't think anyone reviews this stuff before they go to press-then again if they do.....??????? Its like the Commercial Vehicle Calendar they have published-haven't seen it but I understand there is a Bluediamond 650/750 instead of a new truck!

Well IMO-three idiots here- Trump for not involving his key knowledgeable people before he signed his order, and Bill Ford and Mark Fields for jumping on the PC bandwagon with the rest of the Hollywood crowd. As I see it, Trump is so driven by his ego and "campaign platform", he is putting his pen in gear before his brain. Obama previously I believe identified the countries in question as problematic. Trump could have accomplished something had he just cleaned up his XO-in fact did he even need such an order-could not the word just have been passed down through the chain of command to .."tighten up" existing procedures? In any case, a loyal Ford guy here and stockholder who is pissed. I figure pretty boy Fields would do some stunt like this- I thought Bill Ford had more sense. In particular, how many times have they met with Trump already? Pick up the f-ing phone and call him up and say- " I think you screwed up-man up and make a statement as to what your true objective was".

Very good. Highest vol. year was '74 at 25,824. Total built in 12 years was 225,585 for an annual average of 18,798. My point is when you consider last year of production was 40 years ago, I say "rare" is not an unjustified term when you look at used vehicle prices. To say nothing of the fact they were rust buckets and a lot of them for sure were "rode hard and put away wet" the survival prospects were not the best. Well tonight I caught a lot of interviews involving "marchers" My guess? Maybe 25% made some sort of sense. The rest?.. "He is illegitimate -we won the popular vote" - Duh I think if you exclude California, that argument no longer works, "Black Lives Matter"- Duh-plowing that ground again-lets see-good boy Mike Brown robs a grocer, description goes out on radio, cop spots "good boy" walking down middle of street, cop tells him move to sidewalk, gets a "f*ck you"and next thing you know 285lb POS has hand inside cruiser and cops gun goes off. I agree-no reason why cop fired the extra shots once he got out of cruiser. And on and on-60 and 70 year olds saying they hadn't done this in years but it was time- I guess we are talking about Vietnam? And this goes across all sorts of economic lines. Typical hipsters and well dressed white women.."well I flew in from Seattle"... thats a cheap bus ride huh? Bottom line no chance of these people giving him a chance-at least on the second day. Now on the negative side, Kelly Anne has to take this press guy Spicer out behind the woodshed. Guy announces a "Press conference", beats the shit out of the press corp-they deserved it- but he has no style IMO. A skillfull press guy beats the shit out of them and they say..."thanks-that is the best ass kicking I ever got" A real rookie. Well talk about contrasts. I had Fox on this morning and we are watching the prayer service. I then go to "my space" (or wife's "craft space") and continue watching as Fox then continues news coverage. Go back downstairs and wife has CNN on and of course they are giving all kinds of glowing coverage to the real big story of the day, the Womens March! They cut to Boston Common and Pocahontas Warren is in the middle of one of her favorite rants on the right of everyone to a free college education. Guaranteed the "march" will get all the network news coverage today. I guess if there IS a bright side to all of this, the March Loons ( Warren, Michael Moore, Gloria Steinem etc.) did plenty of bashing of the "old school Democrats as well and... "we have to throw them out too." Hmnn. no mention made of putting an honest candidate up the next time. Hopefully all of this bullshit will keep the Donald on his toes
