  1. Beautiful truck, best of luck with it. It's always nice to see an unmolested classic. Any plans yet?
  2. I hope the driver made it out okay.
  3. Any pics of your old truck? I think there is a Mack thread somewhere on here too.
  4. Nice work!
  5. I don't know why I didn't see that Smart Car. I left dang near 12 inches of the windshield un-tinted.
  6. Engines sounded and looked so much better back then.
  7. I just checked my e-logs and it shows me leaving the terminal at 9:16 which would put me at that location right at 10:00. Damn that was close. Nice work on the Pape truck. You had me fooled for a minute several hours. I see the discoloration but it's an otherwise neat edit.
  8. I got the same letter. I called PennDot and bitched about how they worded it.Turns out they had received numerous complaints. I'll find out if they decided to tone it down in 2016. My DOT's have always been through company doctors. Some are thorough while others don't have a clue if they just signed off on a ticking time bomb.
  9. Great find! Thanks for sharing. When was the last time you saw a group of folks smile for a photo at a car wreck? The FDNY shots look like they were taken in L.I.C.
  10. I'll stick to pitching. Being a catcher requires one to stay in an uncomfortable position while another guy keeps thrusting balls at you. That doesn't sound appealing, even in baseball.
  11. Throw some legs in there and you have a well-balanced meal!
  12. I was feeling good Monday night. The truck was washed, the weather was nice, and I had a nice run ahead of me. 1/4 mile from the terminal, I get my first bug kill of the year. Not on the passenger side but in that one spot where you have to either look around it or go cross-eyed trying to look through it. WTF! The seat cover series is hilarious. The guy can't be all bad since he didn't go papeshit when he saw you taking pics. He even left a good amount of leg showing. Prolly a truck driver when he ain't cruising around with hot chicks. I got on the westbound Turnpike from I-79 at around 930-1000 Tuesday night. Those look like my tail lights but I have black mudflaps. My poor routing skills would explain why it took me until the next morning to get to Butler, lost a drive axle on the way, too. The crawling girl needs to pull onto the shoulder since she is going much slower than the posted speed limit. If not, she runs the risk of getting rear-ended...repeatedly.
  13. If nothing else, it's still a B that hasn't been scrapped. I like that they kept the chrome on the hood.
  14. I'd like to change it from "infrequently" to "sometimes".
  15. They hammer it to cut the fuel mileage down to 6-7 mpg, just like a big truck. It's all part of the fantasy.
  16. If nothing else, it makes for a nice photo. I've always enjoyed a nice dump, and this one is no exception.
  17. I wonder how many Trago's have had passenger side mirrors ripped off. I think U models have shorter brackets.
  18. Happy Birthday plus 4 days. I'm not so much late as I am early for next year. Sounds like you've been reading Other Dog's new book: "Lame Excuses for Avoiding Attractive Wimmins".
  19. Let Werner have his moment. Driving in a straight line is what they do best...most of the time.
  20. Happy Birthday! I would've replied sooner but I was thinking of something clever to say. I came on here immediately after I said it.
  21. I caught that MH 5-6 years ago. The wheels have been turned. I used to stop at The Chuck Stop on RT 41 in Gap whenever I was in the area. The owner was quite a character and a great host. He would go around to each table and do magic tricks for the customers. I believe the restaurant closed after he passed way a few years ago.
  22. I really think think the wheel covers detract from the look.
  23. Hardwood Hard wood? Why, yes. I had them put a rush on my order. I think I should have ordered a smaller size, however. Thanks for looking.
  24. I forgot about this one . Love the color choices for both the interior and exterior. Looks like it might be a Unishift (Prolly what you were thinking).
  25. My guess is '71-'72 with the headlights being swapped out for the quads, then again, I think the woodgrain may have started in ' 71 or '72. I think we have some aftermarket modifications here.
