It is sharp looking. I thought I had seen this truck before, but seeing it's from Indiana I probably haven't. Looks familiar though.

Kind of looks like a Lund visor. Always liked those. 20,000 thousand may seem high but you are getting something scarce as hen's teeth. Hope fully it's not bondoed to death.

You're just thinking of a time when if you were on a highway, you couldn't go a half hour without seeing one.

And how often did you see one with an Allis Chalmers for power? Guy here locally had one he bought in the mid-west somewhere. That would be back around 1979-80 +/-. l do remember it didn't waste any time going down the road!    .....Hippy

I've never layed eyes on an Allis Chalmers engine in a truck. Read about them, but never saw one.  From what I've read, they were pretty impressive for the time.

The Allis was an updated version of the Buda 844 which also was very impressive in its day. Both failed do to not being able to keep together at the higher power settings, and lack of dealer network when they did have problems.

Both did well in stationary/industrial applications.
