me also BUT almost 75 with a "power plant" not functioning 100 % ; I have learned to adjust my diet. of course it depends on the weather !!(back on track ).. might have to move this to "what's cha cookin " to be on topic.:loldude:

Yes Paul, Sausage in Australia is very different from what we get up here. Tastes like Sawdust!!!!! Your bacon is also closer to the country ham we have . A couple of the breakfast buffets we ate at on the tour had both Aussie and American bacon on them.

anyway, when sausages are more flour than meat at a butchers, if we are been really cheeky we may ask for so many kg's of scones ha ha ha

Can't remember if it was Swishy or Paul posted a video of a day in an Aussie truck driver's life. I remember the guy riding his bicycle to work and stopping for breakfast. There was some thing like sausages on the plate.....and everything else you could think of.
