Unless there is something seriously wrong mechanically the owner can get away with a good cleaning and a DuPont restoration. To address a few comments: The picture shows the truck on the trailer on the way to my place. The body is off already and it is being converted back into a tractor like it left the factory. It is 5.88 ratio 80k rears with 20.25" brakes.
