i remember way back when Glasofer Mack was in Edison NJ and they would always get DMM trucks in for service. dual steer axles, triple or quad rear axles, and large V8 engines.

every once in a while they would also get the large quarry end dumps in on trade

they had a few BIG ones in the back lot for 2-3 years.

when you are up to your armpits in alligators,

it is hard to remember you only came in to drain the swamp..

is it my eyes or did they also stretch the hood on the V12 Mack? I can see they have some electric fans mounted to it. I suspect that V12 cat is really stuffed in there and they needed all the room they could get.

I was wondering that myself. I had this picture of the Palumbo RM and was looking at it, and it looks like maybe the hood is the same length

but the radiator area has been extended. I think the breather holes and covers on the hood of the lowboy have to be custom.
