Yes, they're still in business. In 2024 they moved from their 14,000 sq. ft. building to a larger 35,000 sq. ft. building in Watertown. Business is good.

New Haven Trap Rock ; another name /company big back then but forgotten today, intersection or not for some reason the Mack going wrong way based on lines  in middle of road; unless he swerved to left hoping to miss the car.

located side road off south Lenord St  , right side before Waterbury Sand and Gravel . ???  Waterbury Equipment up street from Waterbury Mack did some of their repairs

never gave it a thought till you brought it up . only difference ;besides the nose conversation are the front axle caps = flat vs concave, which would indicate different truck ?? enlarged pictures ; didn't help much. green/red has frame extension ?? either way both are good looking.

Sam McLeary had a batch plant / quarry  were BJ's is now in Waterbury said there was 2 mixer's and they put new drum's in the early 70's ........His Father / Uncle had the place across from Watertown  Firehouse back in the 50's / 60's ....

brain taxing to remember who from watertown bought a brand new R-700 V/8maxi tractor . Watertwon construction ??? .  mid 70's , I set it up for new truck prep-- 5th wheel etc.
