  1. I watched it again with my wife.. First thing she says is.... Well, thats how I drive... My left foot stays on the floor... Dahh... Also noticed the red button isnt pushed in, so i guess hes not pulling a trailer, unless the trailer looks like the truck, and doesnt have maxis, or brakes for that matter..
  2. PTT is a great tool. You wont have full access because you are not a dealer, but what you get is very good.. is been 2 years since i used it, but the new versions and updates are ready to go . You will need a Vocomm box. Look at the price of it before you dive in..
  3. During the end of my career at a Mack dealership, i printed books from 'Impact'. I only printed engine and M-Drive stuff. I may have some fault code stuff too.
  4. the coolant sensors are at the rear of the rearward water manifold. one is in the side and the other points toward the firewall. The A/C pressure switch also controls the fan. there may also be a setting in the EECU for ''Smart fan''. I cant remember if the air fan has that feature turned on. I also dont know how Aus. trucks are built, compared to U.S trucks.. jojo
  5. Christ almighty,, i can see why that CH looks the way it does.. I am somewhat impressed by his shifting, would have liked to see some clutching done though. was he pulling a trailer?
  6. Here is my shot in the dark... Years ago i chased a similar issues in a CXU.. i found a cut wire in the harness that goes over the frame rail on the drivers side, under the cab. It went to the transmission. Fixed the wire, and it fixed the truck..
  7. yes it does Mark... After finding worms in my Quadrajet over and over.. I replaced the tank, lines and put an Edelbrock on my S.B. Chevy.. I saved the carb.. and I will rebuild it at some point.. But,,, there were white slimy worms in the bowl every time I puled the top off the rochester.. I kept the tools in the cup holder thingy and would pull over and pull the top off the rochester, flush it out with a blast of carb cleaner put the top back on and drive away.. My ex. had a freind to put a soda or sugar in the fuel filler.. We had a volatile relationship.. I still have the locking gas cap on it today.. been 17 years... This is no B.S. !!
  8. Heinz,, You are new here,, but,, you can be a great asset.. Thank you.. Jojo
  9. Was A/C already on the truck? If not..Mr. Cool makes a unit that mounts under the pass. Seat, and the condenser can be mounted on the frame, and uses the compressor on the engine.
  10. I remember filling my Beetle cost $8.00 in 1986.
  11. Ok there is an oring on the sensor. Sorry , i thought i might remember more about this.
  12. I assume its one of the plastic lines from the coolant tank to the ???? I forgot.. Been away for about 5 years now.. I remember that the ends and the oring loosen and just replace them.. sad, that you cant just fix it..
  13. mp? no need to drain coolant, get the plastic line with the ends and replace it.
  14. I remember a guy on here a couple years ago that was messing with some fuel and burned his legs?? I cant seem to remember who he was though,,, Hmmm?? I wonder..

  22. The fuel tank was either Paul or harybarbon or adkat. The tank was mounted to a cement mixer, and had nuts and bolts in it. I guess it would have to spin for a while.
