  1. Herve : Good job on the Mack Anthem. Not so much on the Renault IMHO. Does look slippery though.
  2. I am guessing they don't look at Watts.
  3. I thought ford abandoned Cummins.
  4. Saw the yellow R model again on face book 9-26-17. He might be parting out. Some one save. 256-577-5442 Dropped price to $7,000
  5. Doesn't get much better than a two heavy axle DM
  6. Looks like a gold bulldog. I thought econodynes were always silver.
  7. Nice red 1977 R 600 on ebay motors. 300 with 6 speed/44,000 camels/double frame. Current bid 3550/buy it now 7500/ closes in 3 days. A little rust on door frame. Doesn't show double frame in pics clearly. One picture hints a frame separation.
  8. I guess the mid roof sleeper is dropped on the Anthem. Will it continue on the CHU?
  9. Gray hair from another gray hair my screen looks just like yours. I am not sure how to change.
  10. The pinnacle axle back saw a lot of trailer dump service. Not a good looking combo IMO. The Anthem day cab should hold up as well as the Pinnacle CHU. Vehicle inspection is always in order to catch problems before they are big problems. Keep the parts and pieces tight. I see a T800 like future for the Anthem day cab.
  11. KS: I hope you don't feel you have to have input every day. Take a rest when you feel you need to. 3500-6000 orders for the Anthem already. Kind of speaks for itself. The CXU/Vision was getting a little tired. It will be interesting to see if the CHU orders pick up. Macungie will be busy. Good for Mack employees. Made/assembled in America.
  12. IMHO this makes it a little harder to bash Volvo after this introduction. There are a few loose ends to take care of though such as heavy haul and assurance of Mack components and vendor components remaining available.
  13. Back and busy as a beaver as usual. Welcome back.
  14. Lets get that Cummins 15L in a CHU or Granite.
  15. KS: Hope you don't let a couple of bad apples spoil it for the rest of us. Please comment on the new Mack's at some time.

Better than nothing I guess even tough they fall far short of the old standards. I think the Anthem is way better than Vovo's

first attempt in 2005 to make over the vision and turn it into the CX. The vision was at the forefront of modern design however the rest of the industry caught up and left the CX CXU in the dust. IMHO

  16. Yes 2 different topics I guess. I don't see that paragraph symbol on my screen.
  17. Come on members no new trucking news?
  18. Doesn't get any better than that yellow horizontal shutter B. Wish they were still running the highways along with horizontal shutter 9000 whites coup cab or Acar.
  19. I get notifications from time to time and I was just wondering how do you send a private notification to a member.
  20. KS Where you be? You OK?
  21. Beats those ant eater prostars, cascadias and Paccars The Anthem is a good replacement for the CXU. Was good to get rid of the tiny Mack emblem and go back to the bold Mack lettering. I am sure there are already vendors working on grill changes if that's what you want. Day cabs will look good pulling dumps of all sorts as will the new CHU pinnacle. I am sure the hood mirrors will have options
