  2. yea, i tried to contact him a few times sunday but the missing security certificate kept bouncing pm's and emails back as undeliverable. than when i logged on monday morning it was already fixed.
  3. i first heard him back in 84. every day at 12 noon on one of the local nu yawk radio stations. i miss him, his broadcasts always made sense.

  6. the google security certificate expired saturday night. and without the google security bs, no websites work. even websites that have been around 12 years longer than google has been around because it is all about the almighty dollar, and google owns the interwebs.
  7. with cruise off and engine at idle, push cruise button up one time to set, than count the EML flashes. that code will tell you what the issue is.
  8. you have been kidnaped by aliens and they are doing things to you you will not remember when they return you and you wake up. this is just a dream they implant into your subconscious to keep you cooperative. 😂
  9. well well well look who showed up. ya musta heard us talking about you, huh???
  10. i agree with JoJo. i have been pushing trucks down the road for over 53 years, and still learn things. a prevented accident from your latest experience proves you are much more capable than you give yourself credit for, even if you did have an extra three helpings of good luck for breakfast that day. not everyone can keep a truck on it's wheels when the suspension breaks. that is the difference between a driver, and a steering wheel holder.
  11. leave a trail of bread crumbs so we can find you.....
  12. this morning. a pair of "L" front fenders for $600 in Pennsylvania. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/748874186380471/?hoisted=false&ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3A12e20656-4740-46aa-90df-8080fa7877b0
  13. i got plenty of rabbits here if anyone needs any.
  14. i had one break. in 1988, truck was two weeks old. almost rolled that one too. i saw the car on the side of the road as i was going over and slammed on the brakes. knocked the rear rear out of the truck after the driver side bucket broke too. mack towed the truck back and tried to blame me until i pointed out the truck was only 52k lbs and registered for 70k, and it only had 1300 miles on it. then heard from the salesman they had 5 other brand new trucks towed in with broken buckets within a week of mine. a few months later the official determination was defective casting left thin spots.
  15. don't know if this will help you, but i found these while looking through bookface marketplace: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/748874186380471/?hoisted=false&ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3A12e20656-4740-46aa-90df-8080fa7877b0
  16. proper maintenance on a truck that runs 12 hours per day would be grease once a week. and with any more than 2 inches or so of axle walk the bronze bushings in the tubes should be changed. i had a 99 that had close to 1 million miles on it when sold. there was less than 1 inch of axle movement. it got greased once a week, which was between 1000 and 1500 miles a week driving. oil was changed every 5000 miles, and air filter was changed every 6 months with removal and blown out every three months. that truck is still on the road with close to 1.5 million miles on it. although it is no where as clean as when i had it.
  17. On a mechanical engine the only thing would be no fuel, or no air. Or parts missing from the engine.
  18. that parts changer should be fired, and charged with creating a traffic hazard!!! yes they walk a bit. but 5 inches??? that is just criminal intent to kill someone.
  19. i am still using the kenmore gas drier my parents bought used in 1956. it was two or three years old when they got it. only thing changed in all these years was 1 thermocouple, 1 door light switch, 1 lint collector screen, and 2 sets of door cables.
  20. the maroon in charge dared the republicans to try bringing charges against the crack head yesterday. saying "i wish republicans lots of luck in plans to investigate hunter if they take the house"
  21. quite a few machines here in new jersey would not register republican votes. not only would the not register, they would not even accept rep votes. dem votes, no problem.
  22. Simple. Cities rule the rest of the state. Even if they are only 10% of the land mass.
