  1. They should make it where people know how to drive before they get a license!!
  2. Were you able to get it done under a recall or all out of pocket; I called & talked with several Mack people & didn't get anywhere
  3. Never seen disc brakes on semi; but would've figured they would have been Pistons on both sides
  4. We might be living in a "disposable society" but the bullgear & injecters are not suppose to be the disposal parts; fortunately I live in an area that I could get by doing a delete on the "disposable " part
  5. Makes me sick & scared to run my truck! mack should fix these problems!
  6. I'd like to see a picture of what your talking about; never seen a pushrod tube or a seal

I'm leased on with a guys trucking company & he has several different brands running; he's had more problems with the Paccar engines; the Volvo has given the least amount of emission problems; BUT the INJECTERS & camshafts & the bullgear stuff is something Mack/Volvo has got that they should take care of; in my opion; he's got 1 Volvo that Volvo put injecters in with less than a year worth of running that needs them again; can kind of understand the external emission stuff; but the internal stuff is really on them; in my opion!

  9. This truck I've got has 1; I personally don't like it; going to change mine; I wear redwing boots with the hard sole (kinda cowboy boot style) & when wet that pedal is slick as ice; it's just to big & bulky; I've seen them in mixers

  12. Talked to guy at eaton; putting the 208925-35, it is easy pedal advantage DCF-VCTplus, with pre damper, rated at 2050lb of torque

  14. Yes & that's what I want; higher torque rating; springs in the disc I think are for clutch chattering & for shock on crankshaft Mack/Volvo wants or has to be different
  15. The only thing I see different is the # of springs in the clutch discs; Mack,Volvo calling for 9 where others only have 7 wonder what difference that would make?

  17. All I could find on eaton website was a easy pedal for Mack with only 1760lb of torque rating; MP8 has 1860lbs. Part#208925-92 everything I've heard & read says you need torque rating above engine rate any help here would be greatly appreciated thanks
