  2. yep as above showed what people wanted tough reliable cost effective trucks that worked hard all day every day in any conditions wonder what might of changed ?? I think Algeria might have had a lot of US money spent there back in the 60's and 70's Paul Raji you have a good couple of units to start a rebuild

  9. WOW you all might surprised at how little room it takes to turn that around remember if the front goes the rest must follow !!! reckon it would have too be around 150 ton . Whole stick cane dosnt pack in very well it wont be as much cane as one might think reckon south America some were but could be anywhere but wont be Australia as we only have chopped cane whole stick cane went out in the 60's thanks for sharing Paul

  13. yep as I say glad you blokes do it and do it well in Australia we seem to run a muck at different times of the year as our winter is when your summer is I reckon the biggest weekend and a long weekend at that is Easter oh boy does Australia run a muck then last good weather before winter our big city's get deserted everyone goes camping any where with water around it turns into tent city oh my head is getting sore just thinking about it all in the name of being an Aussie Paul
  14. sounds like a valve spring problem to me sounds like the valves arent closing quick enough at speed I am guessing you have checked you have a good fuel supply ie not running short on fuel at higher revs Paul

  16. thanks fellas we never had it at all till two or three years ago and its on TV every night its a shame that they try force us into it I have never had any one knock on our door because I live out of town on a farm I think it stops a lot of crap Paul

Was wondering today as halloween is new in Australia ( big business trying fleece us out of more coin I feel )when a kid comes and knocks on your door and sings out " trick or treat " does anyone do a trick or do you blokes give them some treat and send them on there way And just for the record I hope it dosnt catch on in Australia as we are Aussies and should keep our own Aussie traditions and not copy everyone else but I guess time will tell Paul
  18. dunno about you blokes but it seems to be the way the world works now and stuff you can find anywhere in the world WOW ! and I guess the seller loves it heaps more coin than they would have got and also might help to flush out other stuff that has been hiding away because no one thought it was worth any thing I always find its best to bid in the last 15 seconds give less time for people to out bid you they have only got a few seconds Paul

  20. yeah I dont know as general rule what Im doing in the next 10 minutes its a couple of vintage crawlers on a mates rates deal that I said I would do that the owner is in no hurry for I reckon hes been waiting 6 or 7 months now and still is in no big hurry just when I can one day so thought I would organise my self a bit as I said the stars have gotta align first a lot can go wrong between now and then Paul

Gudday Brocky was wondering if I could swing it and all the stars aligned would you be interested if I picked you at Billabong Sanctuary on the 2nd sept in MrsMack run you down to Toowoomba might be able to organise a factory tour of Mack down under drop in and say gudday to Ian oz on the way past drop down off the range have a look at the Western transport museum and drop you off at Brisbane airport in time to catch your flight Melbourne Ive gotta cart a couple of old cat crawlers down to Echuca In Victoria you might wannna ride all the way down there to Melbourne I reckon all of this is doable maybe but just thought I would put the idea out there and see if you would be interested in doing something different If you have a international licence you might even wanna have turn behind the wheel of a reel truck let us no what you think if Im out of line just tell me to pull me head in I wont offended Paul

Mate snakes and spiders no problem its them wild woman that will lead you astray and you if you get bitten just do what we locals do bite them back If you dont like snakes better go to New Zealand they have none ( I dont think you will find any New Zealanders either they all seem to be over here ) Paul
