  1. I thought you said pitchers
  2. And HOA's tend to be run by people that want to get in everyone else's business. Court cases against HOA's are fun especially when they find out that they are operating outside there CCandR's and are liable. Working for them is a joke, they go lowest bid and want items that are not in the contract or they won't pay.
  3. Volvo only is interested in steering wheel holders That first truck is awfully new to have a rooftop AC unit
  4. The laws vary by state, county or even city, when it comes to the government looking at private property. I have been told by multiple sources that in California the government is not allowed to use aerial photos, drones or looking over a fence unless there has been a complaint or they have legal probable cause. To a certain extent this is for the privacy of the hollywood types.
  5. First the complainer needs to prove he has a valid current copyright to that image. Second the complainer needs to prove the image was taken from his website, and when. The complainer may have lost his claim by setting up the website to allow the copying of images Third he needs to show how he was harmed and or how the use of the image benefited some one else financially The last hurdle will be the statue of limitations
  6. Where is the truck located
  7. If you are doing touch up it is best to start with the formula and adjust or just color match a small part. On my work truck they color matched the lid, and it looks real good. The hood was mixed to the code by a different shop and looks more blue than green and does not match the rest of the truck. So my advice is if you go by the code have them mix a pint first to see if it is really the color you want
  8. Does that sleeper have exhaust cut outs? From the picture it does not look like it
  9. The main reason that we care so much about the Middle East is the oil they supply us. The funny thing is I have heard multiple non tree hugging reports that there is more oil under North America than in the Middle East. The oil in the Middle East is only suitable to refine into fuel The oil under North American makes excellent lubricants and is more difficult to refine into fuel To add to the problem we have not built a new refinery in over 25 years So my thoughts are if this is even remotely true we should start a massive effort to develop oil production here in North America. This will cause the price of oil to drop because they want us to stop and once everything is online and we have pumped sufficient reserves we can just let the Middle East fight it out because they will have lost the strangle hold on our economy The president needs to declare this a national emergency and get America working on solving the problem here and to get the tree huggers on board it should be labeled as energy independence with an attached research projects on the size of the moon missions to develop alternative energy
  10. Yes, it started with the new top hole being to close to an old hole Ford emailed me this morning that my parts are sitting in will call
  11. According to the local diesel pump rebuilder, the pump needs to be rebuilt. I have not found a mobile mechanic that is willing to work on a Mack engine but the pump shop will do the work. Since I am still waiting for the gaskets and some other parts I have been working on other projects. This is the frame before And this is it after Now for the sad part, Monday I discovered that I needed a part for the Ford FT900. I emailed the old part number and vin to ford at 4 pm and by 10 the next morning I had the parts ordered, it will be here in 5 to 7 days, no shipping charges. Ford still supports these old trucks, to a point, but Volvo has hung Mack out to dry
  12. I am looking for an air tank for a truck I am working on the tank needs to be 7" in diameter and about 36" long Does anyone have a tank like this or know where I can get one
  13. Is it not working during the application of the service or parking brake or both
  14. I want to see more pictures But it does look funny without the driver side stack on that sleeper, I think it would look better with a custom sleeper
  15. This was for sale in Southern California back in may
  16. Why not just get the Hendrickson AR2 and then you have an air ride walking beam suspension
  17. I am beginning to feel that way about Mack's now. I can get parts easier and faster for a 1989 Ford F800 or FT900 than a 1985 Mack RS688LST. I can't even ask the dealer about the 1975 RS685LT, they just tell me that I gave them the wrong vin
  18. Look at the picture of the fifth wheel and zoom in on the top of the forward axle, it shows some nice rust. Not bad for a New Jersey truck
  19. Your not supposed to drink the whole keg buy yourself
  20. Great combination
  21. Is there an easy way to differentiate between the AD-4 and AD-9? It looks like on the AD-9 the control port is located just above and to the left of the supply port. It looks like on the AD-4 the control port is several inches to the left of the supply port like this photo
  22. What is the difference between the AD-4 and AD-9?
  23. Based on this picture it looks looks like that line controls the purge valve Is that correct?
  24. On my air dryer there is a small hose going from the air dryer to the air compressor governor. My air dryer needs to be replaced and I am considering just eliminating it for a hobby truck in California If I eliminate the air dryer what do I do with this little hose?
  25. In the run position it is a hard stop It travels about 1", approximately half its original travel, towards the stop position and stops like it is bound up. If I crank the engine it may sometimes travel the full stroke but most of the time is limited to this partial travel
