  1. In 1985, the company I worked for bought a couple of K100E cabovers with cable shift...talk about stiff! I hated those things.
  2. Freightrain, if you want the original Mack interior green, I found Axalta (Dupont) 44419 Frost Green Metallic...my interior was painted with that and it looks correct. Other numbers that are supposed to be the same color are Mack 312sx19p2, Kirker 812 or 812a, PPG 45735, NAPA 42198, and Sherwin Williams B7-42198-00-Y.
  3. A Powerliner is pretty rare, let alone one with a 3408 in it. Nice looking truck! https://aths.org/advertising-with-aths/AdBuilder/List
  4. With that shirt on, standing on a boat dock, Hatcity looks very retired!
  5. Is it a transformer, such as 12 volt to 6 volt (or vice versa)?
  6. I have an FA512 axle on my H model, I kept a search on ebay for quite a while and an NOS set of king pins came up. Your specific parts may or may not come up, but old Mack parts come up pretty regularly on ebay.
  7. Photos and/or price would help get some interest in your parts.
  8. No broken axle...the diff will let one wheel spin when it doesn't have traction. That's normal.
  9. I think if they sell a bum appliance they should exchange it...2 days is awful short.
  10. This thing looks like a real ghost! I don't think I've ever seen one quite like it. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1950-Mack-A50X-Backhoe-Truck/283330748965?hash=item41f7d42225:g:11QAAOSwb15cM0bJ:rk:1:pf:0
  11. When I was about 12 y.o. I rode in one of my dad's F600 day cabs with a 673 NA, passenger window down. I don't know if it had a muffler but that sound was one of the things that caused my lifelong addiction to trucks (especially Macks).
  12. The frame has been cut and sectioned; looks like it's been sitting for a while so may be a lot of things need repaired.
  13. You made that bumper? Looks great...I wish I could do metal work like that!!

    B Model RV

2.64 ratio?! That thing would flat out fly!
  15. Interesting...says it has a Cummins, but not which Cummins. Located in Douglas GA. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1963-Mack-25/153316965164?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649
  16. There won't be a lot of shiny stuff on it, I'm mostly going for a vintage look. I will make a few exceptions; I have stainless Mack mirrors and it will have either stainless, chrome, or aluminum full fenders to protect the paint. And of course Mack chrome front hubcaps. I wouldn't mind a shiny front bumper but I also like the original look of a painted bumper.
  17. Looks like a case of positive crankcase ventilation. (sorry, just couldn't resist)
