I have said for years that trucks should be wired with 440 volts and then put that in conduit pipe.That is all eletric in side of the cab.It would stop butchering of wire harness.

If he knurls the guilds they will last for a short time which is ok for a toy truck.

Also if the flywheel has been ground too deep it will do same thing.

you can drain it at a lower hose by removing a hose clamp.

The cable its self can be repaired.Inside of the trans is a drive gear that can go bad so you can remove it and check it.Also mack sure the the head is free and will turn.

You re read your post and your talking about a sensor.So does it have a cable drive or sensor? If you dont know disregard my statement.

Disconnect the tack and speedo and connect the tack cable to the speedo and start the engine.If the speedohead is good it will work somewhat like the tackometer.To check the sensor you need to ohm it out and that sensor should have 900 to 1400 ohms if good.

You have it 180 degress out of time.What you need to do is take out the bolts on the front drive gear and hold the pumptiming and then turn the engine one turn then retime. The crank turns two times to one turn on the pump.

Driver that is a installer tool. Sounds like you have seal with out the wear ring.

One thing i want to add to this is when installing and torquing the rod bolts make sure you have side play clearance between the rod and crank and rodcab and crank.Ialways tighten the bolts some then with ahammer tap the rod cap to the side and thentorque.Then slidea .006 feeler gauge between the rod and crank and cap and crank.If there is no clearance it can burn the crank and rod from lack of clearance.

Thats good to know and i have used the 3m bond.Rob Swallows told me about it and last year i repair the hinge area on my RW.I believe its strong as metal.Good thing about it is you can buy it with different cure time and working time.

I am some slow so tell me what you say some more.3Mpanel bond.Is that saying its glued on instead of welding?I know there is some good stuff out there.

Ok i understand how hyd works bigger and litte pistons but with a limit of the pedal travel its almost got to be one for one with out changing the travel ratio on the clutch arm.On cars and pickupsits a good thing cause you can keep a zero amount of free travel and not adjust it but to make it easy to push you now have to increase the pedal travel.I remenber when the busness class freightliner came out with the choice of manual or hyd clutch and some had a problem with the hyd and i dont remenber what it was. But on warranty you could change over to a manual linkage and the pressure was no different.I never did change one over so dont know what it was about but do think it takes a longer travel for a less pressure on the hyd clutch.What you say?

I want to hear more bout hyd clutches. I never did understand the purpose other than getting away from the linkage.

I inframed a ISC one time and it would dosame thing.I did not find it until I drove it maybe two hours.It had a valve guild that was just a small amount tight.
