A parts store here sells air cleaner that has a one year warranty on it that sounds like if you ant smart that it will not stop up.A driver out at the plant just ask me this week if i tought it would work.

A coyote run across the road in front of me a few nights ago coming home but the funny thing is he started right down the road toward me in the dark. When he saw my lights he throwed his brakes on and slid all four feet about twenty feet befor he changed directions. He will never want to cross a road at night afetr that. I know his feet is sore after that.

Iam thru with turkey for another year.It was good but eat too much.

Caps here is 210.00 with their carcuse but they have short supply of carcues now that the chinees tires is coming in here.Those tires will not cap.

They have a sims fuel injection pump on them and like already be stated idle on 4 cylinders and did make some think they was missing.

I put 8 samsun on and they were 285.00 plus tax and install. Dont know if they will hold up or not.

It was used too much when it was new. Better get the main brg line bore checked. Mack engine work at low rpm in time will bend the block.I have pulled the caps down on many of them to find you cant get knew main brgs back in due to misalignment of the block.*55 cummins was bad to do that in the older engines.But the mack engine with the fuel cranked up will do it quicker.I had a freind that wanted me to do the bottom end. I new that this was a maxidyne and set hot so was slow about doing the brgs. I knew what would happen. Sure enough a couple years later i ended up pulling the engine and having it aligned.He could not beleive it cause it was ok till i pulled the pan.

The difference in the two blocks is the cam size. 4V uses a larger cam bore.

Why take one load when you can take two loads ever trip.

I hate to hear that fram makes mack filters. I know when the 5.9 cummins first came out in the mid range freightliners i have seen a few come in with scored piston on one hole. when you tear down its always reason to believe that its the filters fault. Cause the filter will be blowed up in side and altho i have not seen one but i beleive it has stopped up a piston cooling jet.Cummin has leased a letter soon after that time stating same view of the problem and to never use a fram filter. So for i have never be known to buy one. There is some filter testing done on utube if any one wants to take a look.

Any one remenber TOX or tex okla xpress. They ran U models. Never did under stand why.I think they are no longer around .

For a work truck i would go electric any day.

The truck i run now set for over 10 years and when i retired and started to use it the rack was stuck. Lucky it was only stuck some bit more than a idle. I replaced the batterys and fuel then satrted it. It slowly started to get faster. It was out side of shop and i one big hurry i ran in side and got a wrench and pulled the fuel line off as it was turning more than it should turn.it wa stuck and i freed it up for a few months it was ok. But in the end it had to come off and go to the pump shop.
