Joey Mack Posted 3 hours ago Share Posted 3 hours ago One thing i do with my yota when im pulling my 12' trailer with weight on it ,is,, I will unlock my hubs, and if im heavy or on a hill, i will start in 1st and low 4 in the transfer case and shift the transfer case from low to high in 1st, then carry on as normal. Yota becomes a 6 spd at that time. Yeah that can be done on the Hi-Lux too.No buttons for the transmission just levers.Front hubs are manual lock too.One thing I notice is you guys call them yotas we call them yodas....The latest Hi-Lux is all buttons.No fun to drive anymore.....
