We went to get some oil to season the new Blackstone griddle we just got. Looks pretty good. But I believe I should have done as they suggested and used tongs to hold the paper towel to spread the oil around. I was using my hand and accidentally dipped it into the hot oil, after the burners had been on high for 10 minutes. Only took a second to realize that it was hot. Very hot.
