It is on multiple video's. They had him on the ground and were beating him with metal canisters, his arms out in front. I, personally, wouldn't go to any protest armed, but I am not a 2nd amendment fanatic. Tell me again how an armed citizenry is their to keep the government "honest" and how you having that gun can stop a government from taking your "rights" or your life? I don't see that working. More will come out in a few days, the videos are there, and for the umpteenth time, video from the bystanders contradict the "official" account. He had a gun, that is the only thing that was true, it was in plain sight, in a holster. It never left the holster until removed by one of the agents.
