Looking forward to keeping her for the most part stock. I have long loved the simplicity of how Commercial trucks are designed. No extra frills. No extra sheetmetal. They are designed and made for one thing, Work. I will be taking the 5th wheel off and finding a flatbed, so I can use it bit around the small farm I have. Other than that Truck Shows and taking the wife out for ice cream. Lets hope she will ride in it. That didn't go so well with my Harley. And more pictures! We need more pictures the better! What is the problem with the CT DMV, changing it from a tractor to a flatbed? (Let me speak to my boss, he has a Volvo he might want to trade. mechohaulic Posted August 30, 2021 Share Posted August 30, 2021 i can see westbrook ct on door' can't read the company name. i worked waterbury mack '69-75.if that's an original ct must have come from bridgeport mack. doesn't look like a slider 5th wheel. i welded the date on all the sliders i installed between the driver side trunnion 5th wheel rail .
