Sux to have such a new truck do this; hope it doesn't void any warranty by patching your own fix on there till mack figures their sht out. Volvo got your money, they don't care about you now. They'll wait for a customer to engineer the fix, void that customers warranty, call the fix their own and put it on everyone else's truck. 0 Mackpro Posted August 9, 2019 Share Posted August 9, 2019 This happened to our one Anthem that we got . It’s clean exhaust at that point so it was not a huge deal at the time . As long as the hot exhaust was not blowing on anything important. The drivers never noticed it and we only found it during service/inspection. Both of my buddies new GR ‘s ( the new GU) have had the same issue. Our last new CXU’s with the common rail engines and one box SCR/DPF have not seemed to have this problem.
