I don't see a prohibition of a rocket blast zone within the town limits of Gorham, ME according to their zoning rules as long as a rural/agricultural use can be shown for said area.  Interesting....

It doesn't cost anything to pay attention.

Wow.........I use a WHOLE 55 gals of racing gas PER summer............LOL!!!

The Kaase Boss 9 Pro. 820 ci  7.25 comp dual MSD Igniters,12/71 BDS blower @35% o.d., 16 injectors, 2250 GPH dual pumps through an ancient Garlits drive 2 speed. Good on his dyno for 2700 h.p. on 70% nitro and should be at 2000+h.p.  at 50%. Average 5 to 6 gallons a run.

Big block in my 55 is set up for methanol but can run 25% nitro if I dare. 800h.p. methanol to 1000 h.p. with 25% nitromethane. All through a double disk clutch and a M21 close ratio box out to a '57 Olds rear with ancient Getz 4:88 ham with welded spiders and scary old school Hurst Airhart front disc's with 57 Olds rear shoes .

I'll be running at New England Dragway in Epping N.H.close enough for you to see parts fly or Old Dominion in Virginia. No more home track in N.J, since E town closed down.  Probably race mostly in New England, don't like being in N.Y or Virginia at all since my wife passed away.

Paul, let me know when you head to NED, I will swing in and spectate or give you a hand.  Andy

I'll most likely make the first shake down runs in 2 or 3 weeks on friday and saturday to get my ancient Garlits Drive adjusted up and get used to it's handling.I'm track limited to 7.00 /200mph til I get an updated dual chute  system.

Come in as my crew if you want, it's only me, my daughter in law and grandson. Ones a back up girl and the other is a tire wipe.  As a nostalgia funny it is a traditional self starting unit, 35% Nitro with the balance Castor oil and Methanol.

PT, there could be a cast of BMT characters that roll out of the woods to help work on the car!

I don’t want to touch it but would love to see and hear it.
