American LaFrance used the Condor chassis to built fire and refuse trucks. At the time Freightliner owned ALF but I don't know if ALF had the Condor chassis or if it Freightliner let ALF use it. General Ike Posted June 26, 2014 Share Posted June 26, 2014 FDNY ran one of these as Rescue 6 (I believe it was donated after 9-11-01) during the fall of 2004 when the RNC was in town. R6 is not a regularly operated company for the FDNY and I believe has only been reactivated for a handful of events since 2004.
