  3. I've always been a Cat man. But I do not like this new junk. Prefer the older 2 series like the 235 and 245. Newer stuff. Maybe a 200 or something Komatsu,Deere,Hitachi. I've run most of them and they are quiet, decent power for the size. Depends what you are going to do with it. Now a days they are all almost alike. Power, size, weight, with a few differences
  4. Ok you mis understood me. I know 9speeds weather Eaton or Mack or Spicer haver the front flip button for the high low. What I am talking about is the Red button like a 13 speed.
  5. Is it a 9 speed or a 13. never seen a 9 with a splitter button on it. Then again not use to Mack trans either. Just moved a few around
  6. Well hell I'd trade you a 5th wheel and controls for it for the bucket. If I get my hands on this. Probally take the lift axle off as this would be more of a toy then anything. I got my work truck to do anything else.
  7. I got my eye on a Dm rock bucket where I park at. Been sitting for a year or so. Looks like a 2 stick 6 speed. Might find out what the yard is gonna do and let me know if they are going to do anything with it. before they scrap it Tanks are open and unknown if it runs.
  8. Might try Century also. Ran one for 2 years hauling cars and containers. did everything they wanted it to do
  9. Truck we saw in NM 2 weeks ago The white fire truck
  10. Idk How he didn't feel it sway and I know my pump I can hear and feel if it is left on. I know on a frameless like they had that had to be about as unstable as hell
  11. You got lucky there. Glad it turned out for the better
  12. Yeah I found a Peterbilt one and it was a joke nothing like this one. I haven't been back since
  13. If it is anything like my Cat 18k or better
  14. Wouldn't hurt changing your filters. Maybe aircleaners to. I got to change my fuel filters on my Cat this week also. Got down to 75 pounds of pressure and starting to hurt my pulling. Usually around 90 to 98 psi
