  1. I really don’t know what to think about the engines, but I am gonna guess Mack used Cummings and mack engines in those possibly Detroit I don’t even know if Detroit was even manufacturing back then I’m sure others will chime in on this
  2. No, it was just a thought. It’s still sitting in the closet right now. I am planning on pulling it down soon. Weather is supposed to be wet around here next few days and I can’t really do anything outside. Only so much TV I can handle. Bob

  15. The gas can I usually use for all my small engines is around 22 years old it’s plastic and I really don’t trust it anymore. I’m just thinking of throwing it out and getting another one just because it’s so old any suggestions?
  16. I’m sure it’s the same company. I almost drove for them. They were somewhere in the North Shore of Massachusetts. My cousin was a supervisor over there at the the paint can plant I don’t think they’re there anymore. I tried to look them up on Google. They had all U model macks
  17. Yeah, I was wondering the same thing as you mentioned from what I’ve heard from Minnesota has some of the worst weather in the United States

  21. getting back to the jeep my pop had a 42 willys when i was a kid,,,,it didnt look any different than the ford
  22. i also have a electric fuel pump with lines but the mack doesnt have a battery by the time i prepare everything to use the pump i might as well just struggle with the heavy can lol,,,lifting it up over a tractor,,,i would definitely use the pump
