    lol I think it gets a addicting frankly, I can’t wait to get all this mess behind me and start on something a little cleaner my spring came today. It wasn’t supposed to be here till November 3. I don’t know how it got here so fast it beat the seals that were supposed to be here two days ago and Mrs Mack Paul was right I ordered the spring according to length and yes, it’s really hefty and it will work. We’ve got nice weather the next few days. I’m gonna try to get this thing finished. Running out now to do some more cleaning. Thanks for the peptalk.

    Well, I got a lot more cleanup done yesterday. No pictures. I was pretty impressed with my progress was out there all day scrubbing more oil and grease of the parts. well, on my way today I got GYM and eyeglasses then a little bit more cleaning. I think this job was messier than the steering box was. I don’t know how long that thing was leaking, but that slop was everywhere. Lots of gasoline, SOS pads and degreaser.. now I’ve noticed one of my wheel keepers is cracked. I’m going to try to weld it…. Bob

    Well, I’m not doubting you , but from this distance , it looks like a 359 Peter bilt to me lol I do remember a few years back. I had to get out of a T 800 Kenworth and get into a Volvo. I was furious. Talk about a step down the Volvo’s were such junk the company wound up getting rid of all of them now they’re buying nothing but Peterbilt and Kenworth and now frankly, they’re all junk both companies, lots of recalls

    You underestimate we’re still waiting on the steel dash R model but that thing is almost as good. At least it’s not a Volvo.

    well i continued installing new maxi valve still not done hadda run a new line back to the brake pots,,,was trying not to get too dirty,,,mrs mower picking me up for dining out soon its just a sports bar,,,

    terry did you mention,,,removing the middle seal???? im not quite there yet,,,but will be soon,,,,,scraping down axle housing and brake componant bracket today,,,,this truck has no end to crud build up

    lol yes by the looks of that truck i dont doubt it was many $$$,,,also those new vetts are tits,,,and very expensive,,,,my wife would be happy with a brand new bronco for putting up with my DM,,,or a 66 would do restored lol.bob

    We did not travel very far up Alaska and half the time I really didn’t even know where I was, but the weather was already chilly end of August. I don’t think I would dare trying to travel any further north I would’ve froze the death. The wife is planning on going back there to Anchorage. I will not be going. Her friend is going to travel with her at least that’s the plan. I’ll stay home with the puppies.
