  1. Occupational Safety and Health Administration.....watch dog for safe work conditions and practices. They are from the government and there to help! www.osha.gov
  2. Mike called me this morning and told me he stopped and looked at the F models. He said the sheet metal is beyond repair/salvage but the drivetrain may be salvageable. The only things keeping the cabs from falling apart are the paint, rust, and trees. He tried to contact the company on the door (Prism; Dover, DE) but they are out of business. The business across the road (Huntingdon Motor Co.) was vacant except for some semis that looked like they were sitting there a long time too. I told Mike I would try to locate someone who might know anything about the Fs. Looks like a road trip to Huntingdon in the coming weeks.
  3. Saw on the interweb that Microsoft has an update for IE. I downloaded/installed the update this morning. Back to using IE11. Was using Chrome the past few days and not a "fan". Each one has their pluses and minuses. Only four (4) more computers (1-XP, 2-Vista, and 1-WIN7) to go!
  4. Mike, Thanks for the quad headlight info on the Western F. Did the Western R have the same option?
  5. Vlad, Great work....and looks great too! Hmmm, I bet OSHA would have a few words to say about your wheel polishing setup. Hey, whatever works.

Paul, And the government doesn't understand why Americans are denouncing their citizenship. Maybe we need to setup a BMT member fund for medical expenses. Take care of yourself, Ken
  7. Agree with Mike. F model but headlights have been changed to "non-Mack". Original F would have single headlights, not quad. S/N best place to start to determine engine.

Paul, Sorry to hear of your health and insurance issues. Hope you are back to 100%. Thanks for the heads-up on insurance. P.S. Pics of the 'tang?
  10. Very nice B. Good luck!
  11. Denny, Saw that too....thanks for the reminder. I guess it is time to find another browser. Shoulda bought a new Apple computer instead of this HP (WIN8.1 and IE11). I am running Kaspersky anti-virus reportedly the best.
  12. My 92 MH is ALL MACK and came with a chrome dog. Mike Superdog is correct, the gold dog was retired. I put a gold dog on my MH. Here is the link... http://www.bigmacktrucks.com/index.php?/topic/28074-bulldog-removal/
  13. Thanks for the suggestions. The OH house is in a subdivision and can't shoot. I do however squeeze a few rounds with my pellet gun. However I need a new ACCURATE pellet gun since mine has a pattern of about 3 feet.
  14. I am 2 miles west of I77 at the Portage Exit 111 (TA Truckstop). Nice Superdog and tanker.
  15. Come to NE OH and you can see many. There are black and gray squirrels all over my neighborhood in Canton. They love to dig up bulbs, take a bite, and then leave them lay. Gave up trying to plant bulbs (tulips, etc.). I say "the only good squirrel is a dead squirrel." This applies to other varmints too.

  17. ^^^^^^what everyone else said^^^^^^^^ Congrats and glad daughter and mom are doing well. Cigars at Macungie is a good idea!
  18. Marcel, Nice! You can do mine next...
  19. Does anyone know what this cylinder fits? Is this a lift cylinder for a F or H? I thought is was a lift cylinder for a MH but is it not the same.
  20. Was the shipment insured? If so, file a claim to get your money back. It will not replace the water pump but each of you will be even moneywise. Also, do you have the UPS tracking number? Go to their website and view the tracking. It will show you when it left a terminal, in transit, or when it arrived at a terminal. You can call UPS and they can track it too. They have the shipping information.
  21. Registration flyer for the Keystone Chapter show. New venue and date. 2014 08 16 ATCA Keystone Show_0001.pdf
  22. I still have the album.
  23. How about this album cover...
  24. When I started at the Cat house, the 1693 was being replaced by the 3406 and 3408. Many said the 1693 was the best Cat engine and spoiled the reputation of the early 3400 series which had some growing pains. I heard one person say "take the fuel screw out of the 1693 injection pump and throw it away".
  25. Yes, sent you a PM.
