  1. Lock up the wimmin....I am in town! Drizzled rain the whole way to Fogelsville. Checked in at the hotel and will be headed to the park this afternoon to "claim" high ground. Only issue was the LH wiper blade gave out. Luckily I brought spares. Replaced it at the PA Turnpike Carlisle rest stop. Carl called and left a message. Perhaps GM will have a recall on the ETCM. Have you driven a Ford lately?
  2. Mother nature power washed the truck and trailer last night - high winds and 2.1" of rain. Plan to be on the road around 7a. Need to load my personal stuff, check for any "rain/wind" damage, and then boogie south and east. See you after lunch! Have a safe trip everyone!
  3. Ben/Tim, You can sleep in the trailer with the Mack parts. Bring your own sleeping bags. P.S. No camper?....does that mean "no burnt weiners"? Maybe Leslie or Mike will have burnt weiners....
  4. Mine is mirrored too....when is the last time you heard someone wax the headliner?
  5. JT - I was thinking the tours are only on Saturday. Doug or someone else will know for sure. Weather forecast: T-storms (80%) on Thursday, Scattered T-storms on Friday, and Sunny on Saturday. Temps all three (3) days 78-80 degrees (lows 60s). So I am going to wait until Thursday to "409" the MH. I am going to ask for the parking spot I had last year (in the back on high ground). See you all at Macungie.....have a safe trip! Ron - I will try to remember to bring some spider spray.
  6. I will have the seats recovered with velour and install shag carpet.
  7. No, there are no flaps. By the design of the side skirts behind the front and rear wheels, I don't think one could install flaps. I searched the interweb and never found "moulded" flaps for the GTP.
  8. No....did not buy anything, not even a cap or shirt. But I have some ideas for the D150 - lower and put 20" wheels on it.
  9. I think OD is an informant for the Obummer's!
  10. Denny, Sorry to hear you will not be at Macungie. But you have a higher priority. Good luck and my prayers go out to you all.
  11. I am back from the HR tour. I have not been on the interweb since Saturday night. Guessing at least 1000-2000 cars each day. Knoxville, TN had a very nice show grounds and seemed well prepared to handle all the cars and crowd. Charlotte was a "cluster" in my book (only 3 food stands and they were out of food by 2pm) and Charleston, WV was not much better. I took over 200 pics and my friend took about 100. As soon as I can get them organized and uploaded to Photobucket, I will post a link. Stay tuned! P.S. Found some eye candy at the Gunk display today! P.S. 2 - Staxx, did not read your post until tonight. Sorry or I would have tried to locate your friend.
  12. Day 1 - Charlotte ZMax Dragstrip HOT! Must have been 100+ degrees on the pavement. Lots of nice very nice vehicles. Waited in line at least 1/2 hour to pickup registration packet. A few pics taken by my friend.... A few interesting rides parked next to my GTP A cool Chebbie truck Eyeing a potential purchase....1970 Chyrsler 300 Convertible with 440 Some eye candy for the Farmer....
  13. Must be something about the WV Turnpike. There was a burnt straight truck on the south bound side this morning. Had traffic backed up for at least two (2) miles.
  14. Today is National Donut Day....yippie!!!
  15. I too was going to comment....you can't polish a turd but was being nice. Jim broke the ice..... Good luck in your sale!
  16. X2
  17. linrick1, Excellent thoughts and I agree 100%. I used to think we were just spinning around but now we are going down the shitter!
  18. Hawthorne....no van. I thought you were getting a rental car? And you offered ME a ride? Maddog....you should have put an orange cone in your spot to save it. Or get there EARLY (like 7a). Or BUM a ride! (BTW, thanks Carl, Fred, Denny, and Randy for 2013).
  19. Take a look in the tank. Is the fuel clear or dark? If it is dark, best thing is to drain it, flush the tank, and pump in clean fuel.
  20. Nice work! I hate cleaning....as soon as it is done, it gets dirty again.
  21. Welcome to BMT! Good luck with the Chebbie and Mack. I am familiar with the Fruitland/Ontario area....NACA (since out of business) was a test fleet for my company. Trebar Kenworth (now Rush) is in the building. And AGL parks some trucks there. We also had storage at Grant's Petroleum. My assistant lives in Meridian. February 2012 was the last time I visited Fruitland. Need to get back there again. Nice country!! Did you work at the Mack dealer in Boise?
  22. Ben! Good to hear from you. Looking forward to seeing you guys at the show. Have a safe trip. If you promise to burn a few dogs (not Macks), I will definitely be there. Talked to mike69mackman and DCR on Tuesday. Denny and Ruth Ann will be there in their coach and Mike with his camper. Party time at the camping area! Pimpin? You need some Winfall wimmin!
  23. Oh BARRY!...Are you planning to have BMT nametags this year? Other items: BMT members don't forget to show up at Watt's tent on Saturday for the nooner BMT group cluster picture. Pass the word. I am headed to Macungie on Thursday morning (leaving the farm by 7am) via PA Routes 36 and 26, US30 (stop for fuel in Everett), PA Greenstamp, I-81, and I-78 to Fogelsville (hotel). Anyone else going my way? Driving to the show after lunch and hotel check-in. Doug M - TK nuns-in-training seminar on Thursday at 6pm????
  24. Thanks for the pics. Any info on the red dump truck on the bottom?
  25. That pic does look like Leslie! I wish my 5-speed was like a 12-speed....no orgasm for me, not even an arousal.
