  1. Train them correctly at an early age!
  2. Is a Superliner 2 a RWI? If so here are the part numbers: 24QL4389M - no lights (chrome 9828 M2) 24QL4389M5 - rect. light holes (chrome 9828 M52) 24QL4389M9 - round light holes (chrome 9828 M92) Is 9828 the Hendrickson supplier code?
  3. Be at the Watt's Truck tent at high noon for the picture taking session and you will meet many of the BMT members.
  4. Thank you! Especially when you are bald! As the saying goes "you can't have both brains and hair".
  5. But when you are 18 looks are not as important as sex. And us old farts can't be quite as critical.
  6. The whine is present on both FM and SIRIUS. My SIRIUS receiver is connected thru the AUX jack. No whine last year. I will try a CD.
  7. Received this from a friend. Thought it is appropriate for this thread...
  8. Thanks for the post! I missed it both times (going east and west). My farm in PA is about 20 minutes from the Curve. The Railroad Museum was selling front row tickets for viewing.
  9. I recently noticed an alternator whine in the speakers in my MH. This is the first time I listened to the radio this year. Last year I did not have this issue. Nothing changed from last year to this year. Could it be a bad cab ground? Everything else (gauges, lights, etc.) works okay. Any suggestions? Thanks!
  10. No hotties when I went to school. But back in the "old" days, people kept their mouth shut! And besides, the boys were 18 and at her house (not on school/university property like another perv in news).
  11. A big thanks go out to Barry and the Watt crew for a great show. Over 100 trucks, cars, pickups, and a lonely farm tractor were there. It was a great day for a show. We even found a few BMT members who were willing to have their mug shot taken. Of course there were a couple BMT guys who were too busy talking trucks to take a break for the group photo. The all knowing and powerful Barry is on the left and I was honored to be next to Barry. I thought we were not going to include the outhouses in the pic? Vinny - the only truck that resembled a U was a DM. Not sure if it had fallen on its side but it looked nice. I am sure Barry will be posting pics of all the vehicles.
  12. Leaving the farm at 6:30a and should be there around 8a. Looking forward to the show. Yes forecast is great - sun and mid 70s.
  13. You may have to empty your browsing history
  14. I used to work at Hagerstown in the engineering department when it was MACK. IT WILL ALWAYS BE MACK POWERTRAIN to me!!
  15. As per other shows, all the BMT members meet at the Watts tent at high noon. That is if Barry is having a tent.
  16. Yes I agree! I plan to attend with my MH. Let's see how many Macks and BMT members we can get there.
  17. My guess is it is a pusher and the engine is in the rear.
  18. If only they were closer to PA.
  19. I plan to be there early Saturday morning. Barry where is the show location (I know it is not at the store)?
  20. I think the R models (and Superliners) were the best looking Macks of all time. Of course the MH is a close second! There is a R model dump that goes by the farm almost every day. The next time I "hear" it coming I will try to get a pic.
  21. Great pic. Thanks for posting. Gotta love it! At least one of everything, even a U model in front for our Vinny
  22. Only Vinny would notice the other people!
  23. Saw this listing in VA... http://www.tractorsh...query=retrieval
  24. In his pocket?
