  1. The room is no longer available. Thanks for the interest. I am going to try and attend on Saturday but without my MH.
  2. Gerhart's Show is the first Saturday in October (October 6, 2012). It is a one day show with a "get together" on Friday night. If you have never been there, you NEED to be there. I have it marked on my calendar and already made hotel reservations. Dave or Doug correct me if I am wrong.
  3. Last year there were tours of both the Macungie plant and the Mack Museum. I went on the Museum tour and it was great. Mack went all out to accomodate the visitors. Doug will know if this is planned again this year.
  4. Will you "cover my expenses" when I get stopped by the State Police?
  5. I may not be able to attend My mother is having back surgery on Tuesday (12th). Depending on how she recovers will determine if I am able to attend. I know I will not have my MH ready since the exhaust fabricator has not completed the pipes. He had two (2) months to make the two (2) pipes and they still aren't completed. I should have just ordered the system from Mack in galvanized metal rather than install stainless. I have paid hotel reservations for Friday and Saturday nights in Fogelsville. If anyone needs a room we can "work out a deal". I am keeping my fingers crossed that I can attend.
  6. 12N Saturday at Watts' tent
  7. Vinny - I was thinking about Macungie too! Great minds run in the same gutter! I will be there with or without my MH. I am still waiting on the stainless exhaust system. I MAY get it from the fabricator later next week (been waiting for 2 months) but I probably will not have time to install it on the truck before the show. I removed the pipes so the fabricator could use them as patterns. So I can't drive it without an exhaust. Either way I will be at Macungie with camera in hand. BMT members meet at Watts' tent at 12 o'clock noon for a group mug shot. See you there!
  8. Thanks to all those who served!
  9. Thanks for the info. I sent them a reply to the ad.
  10. A Caterpillar engine (purrin' kitty cat)?
  11. I am still waiting on my stainless exhaust pipes but I plan to be there. Last year was my first show and it was great! Looking forward to attending this year. Are we planning to meet at the Watts tent at 12 noon Saturday for a group photo?
  12. Nice find and nice truck. Mack did not put gold bulldogs on the 90s trucks. My MH is 100% Mack and has a chrome bulldog. With that said, I am considering installing a gold bulldog. Keep us posted on your progress.
  13. The air pressure is not equal left to right!
  14. If she removed her top, she would be flat chested. I wonder if her neck and shoulders hurt holding them up?
  15. Thanks for the update. I am glad to see it at the museum. I hope it is still there in June so I can see it in person.
  16. I am planning to be at Macungie in June. Don't forget/miss Gerhart's All-Mack show in Lititz PA the first Saturday in October. We typically meet at high noon at Watts' tent for a BMT group photo.
  17. Yes...middle one gets my vote. TOYOTA - who are they? As for Generous Motors (alias Government Motors)....they fell out of favor. The only new pickup brand that gets my vote is FORD. 1960s and 1970s MOPARs rule.
  18. Music to my ears. I miss the sound of a V8 Diesel engine.
  19. I am currently living on the home farm in Roaring Spring (my home town). Roaring Spring phone prefix is 224. Google shows 729 as a Roaring Spring prefix but it has to be a recent addition (never saw that one before). I doubt if any of these trucks are that current although possible. The only quarry I know here is New Enterprise Stone and Lime and all their trucks are RED. Actually the quarry borders on the home farm. If anyone can provide more details, I will investigate. One of the trucks has "Meadville" on the door. Meadville is north of Pittsburgh.
  20. Other than BMT, what else is there to do on the computer? One can buy only so many things from Amazon and fleabay.
  21. I attended the past 4 years and enjoy seeing everything. But I was unable to attend this year due to family issues. Thursday is the best day...less crowded. Friday afternoon and Saturday the place is a zoo!
  22. 13L engine is a MaxxForce13 (based on MANN engine). The 15L engine (MaxxForce15) is joint CAT/IH designed/developed (block is CAT C15)
  23. Larry - I hope you had both hands on the steering wheel.
  24. I am definitely going with a straight pipe, stainless from the turbo to the vertical elbow. Then a 6'-7' chrome vertical straight pipe with curved outlet. My friend where I have it stored has a R dump with E6-300 and straight pipe. He said it is only loud when loaded and pulling hard. I hope to have in a few weeks. I will keep you posted.
