  1. As I said before....my late dad always said "a lock only keeps an honest person out". So with guns....criminals will always be able to get a gun. The "innocent" people will not be able to protect themselves or have guns for hunting or target shooting. In the end it is called "politics". I own guns for hunting. Personally I see no reason for more than 5-6 cartridges. If someone wants an assult rifle...go for it but limit the amount of ammo it will hold. As for buying ammo..if the person is "sane" and legal...no problem. I still say part of the problem is violence on TV and video games and "letting crazy" people roam the streets. My mother worked in a State Hospital where they put "crazy" people. They let them out to roam the streets and it is now a Veteren's Home. Also, enforce the death penalty. Jails are overcrowed so they let the "rehabilitated" criminals out so they can kill again!. If you are found guilty in a court of law...GONE! If you are caught in the act of shooting or killing someone...GONE...you had your day in court! If you run from an officer who tells you to STOP....GONE!! Maybe a would be criminal will think before they act. Done with my rant (for today)!
  2. 100! This sauce is worth at least 500 posts!!! I wonder if OD sent a bottle to our Commander in Chief Barry? And I am not talking about Obummer!
  3. Need to think of a "catchy" name and include a pickure of a good lookin wooommin! Maybe "The OTHER hot sauce by Other Dog" "It will make your dog hot" "special ingredients" "Home made in Virginia USA".
  4. Will this fit on my MH? Do you have a dual exhaust system for a MH with EM7? Other accessories for Macks? Something needs to be done to stop this CRAP!!!!
  5. Me too! Happy Birthday!
  6. Welcome to the site! Boswell....not too far from Roaring Spring (Blair County).
  7. Got mine today also. The old fart from the USPS delivered mine. I was sitting in my office and heard a thump on the front porch. The post man must have tossed the box from about 20 feet away. Nothing broke. Opened the bottle and gave it the sniff test. I will not need my nose hair clipper for a few weeks.
  8. Just received the Jan/Feb 2013 issue of Wheels of Time. On page 39 is an article about Watt's Truck Center. They were awarded the ATHS 50 Year Company Award. Congrats!!!!!
  9. I don't plan to be in mud (I know, famous last words). Figure the whisker flaps will cut down on water spray.
  10. Likely a rear anti-splash. Use the old one for a pattern. I bought similar mudflaps that fit a newer Mack (similar dimenisons) that I am going to "make fit". I don't remember what model or part number.
  11. This is my truck in 2002 when it was still in Martin's fleet (8 years before I bought it). Pic was taken when I was first interested in a MH.
  12. Dang! I drove by there on Thursday just after I took the pic of the Superdog. I saw the Swigart museum (closed for the season). I must have been daydreaming of wimmin hitchhikers when I went by the trucks and I did not have my "Mack detector" turned on! Maybe they rusted away to nothing?
  13. I run the pike because it is quicker (less than 4 hours door to door - Canton to RS). Route 22 is nice now that it is four lane from Monroeville to I-99. Just wish they would eliminate the signal lights. I-80 to I-99 south adds another hour. Of course I am in a 4-wheeler so tolls are slightly less than an 18-wheeler. As for the toll increases...likely the State is taking money from the PA Pike and using it elsewhere. Used to be the pike was self sufficient. I can remember when it was 5 cents a mile.
  14. David - you are likely right. It looks like the cab is leaning offset to the left like a DM (or U). I couldn't get a better angle of the truck. Brent - Thx! Benkart name is on the boom in the background.
  15. Do you have more specifics on the location? I will put it on my list of "places to visit" (when I get motivated)
  16. Nice bus....someone needs to buy it and get it running.
  17. Me too (not the first but close) and I will continue to support BMT and Watt's (and the Mack Museum too). Barry (not the Pres) and his group are doing their best to keep these old (and new) dogs running! I just paid $80 for a dimmer switch bracket and the switch was only $6.
  18. What you describe sounds like a cracked or defective DPF. Per earlier post, the inside of the stack should be clean...no black soot.
  19. Stopped on the PA pike Saturday on my drive to OH. The construction company trucks are on the NE side at mile post 27. What I thought was a R is a DM. There are also two (2) steel nosed DM (facing the opposite direction - one is behind the other). The one to the right (in the pic) has dual exhaust stacks on the right side of the cab. Interesting set-up.
  20. I put my 2 cent bid in on this one but OUTBID.
  21. You have a long list of parts...perhaps you should buy it, take off what you need, then sell what is leftover.
  22. Good girl...the headlights are on. Maybe I need to "hang out" in Winfall to see all the good lookin wimmin!
  23. My next investment expenditure is a 28' pup van. You need to buy it.
  24. Yes, it is definitely from Martin's Pastry...same fleet as mine. Sanner's Towing; Downingtown, PA (googled).
