  1. Aint it funny how we dont hear any more news about the so called girl school shooter, and the black boy shooter in Tennessee who's picture still hasnt been posted... It should be solved by now.. but the Dems have a new thing to focus on...
  2. One thing i didnt think about until i heard it today....... Marine #1 flys in that area often... You know I dont trust the Clinton's,, Obamas, and Bidens... They tried to Kill Mr. Trump twice in a short time already.. Mr. Trump may need to be on house arrest, in the white house,,,,,, or,,,,,,, Mara Largo... Thoughts ?????
  3. 🙏
  4. I love how easy it was to crank the clutch with a short screwdriver.. in the video.
  5. KS, one of the other angles does make it look like it rammed the plane. I too am waiting for more info. Too many posts about Trump, Sean Duffy, and transgender smoke in my eyes right now...
  6. Yeah , gotcha.. i missed a few things myself. We try to give good diagnostics here. I find at times my fingers move faster then my mind. I havent been under a truck in 3 years. And its starting to show..
  7. I thought i saw that style of adjuster in the pictures...
  8. Yes after 1/2" gap is achieved at the throwout bearing and clutch brake
  9. I am curious to see the effects of the tariffs. I have no interest in getting pissed off. Dems say everything will cost a lot more. I say lets go.. I feel like these countries will change their wicked ways. I also hope that we start producing things here on U.S. soil. I am concerned about the scruples of U.S. business owners.
  10. Yeah, i had to get creative.
  11. I think he was inquiring about this tool, not sure.. He is out of posts again. He is limited by BMT for some reason
  12. Fjh,, i still have a tool i made for this. I cut an expandable load bar down to a useable length. I push the clutch and use the tool against the pedal and door frame near the bottom so i can get out of the truck. It holds the clutch down for me. It takes a couple extra minutes, but i got very good at doing it. I worked alone quite often...
  13. Interesting, i was taught to set the 1/8" free play gap and 1/2" gap between the clutch brake and throughout bearing, then adjust pedal movement if needed, at the clutch arm to get the 3 positions of the clutch pedal in the right locations. Looks like i need to open the maint and lube book again..
  14. The 690 was weak. I did a bunch of these upgrades and they were still, just decent. Its been a long time bud..
  15. Yep, but still needed help to even act like an engine brake.. we used to drill and tap the housings to put top oil feed lines to them to increase oil volume to get better performance, we either drilled the valve cover spacers or bought updated ones, and had to tap into the oil filter stand to get the needed oil from the turbo oil line port... What a joke, and put in a high volume oil pump... Only after a road test for diagnosis with hand written specs on a form to submit to Mack for approval.. It was a crazy time in early 2000's...
  16. Yep. That's right. Pushes the bridge opening both valves..
  17. And 680's. Dynatard is all different.. where am i wrong. I am rusty.
  18. On Jacobs, oil pressure is let in through the electric celenoid and it opens the outer exh valve via a piston pushing on a reset screw in the bridge. The inner exh valve is also opened during normal cam operation during deceleration.
  19. Yeah... What he said !!
  20. Bud. The Libtards are losing their minds on X.. saying stuff like he had caused issues 10 days , or saying hes done nothing but mess things up 10 days in... I now have real comedy to laugh at..
  21. I was thinking the pressure plate looked modern compared to the age of the truck. I wonder if it still has the dog dish clutch? Ive done a couple swaps using an E-7 flywheel and Eaton Easy Pedal clutch before. I wonder what the repair history is..
  22. Hey guys, Nathan just sent me a PM.. he is having trouble responding to the posts, and wanted me to let you guys know.I assume it is so you dont think he is ignoring the post..
  23. GW,, in the second picture, is that a data tag riveted to it. ? I was hoping you would see this given your knowledge of English busses..
