    Down uderites: What was the smaller Mack COE made in Australia. Not the Magnum. Where they decent trucks. I thought they were decent looking trucks. Are they still made. I think they were used over the road, in mixers dumps etc. It may have been a Renault model.

    I Believe the New Anthem starts production next week along with new interiors for granite and Pinnacle. Granite- New interior Pinnacle-New grill, interior and roof line for sleeper Anthem-New hood, interior and roof line for sleeper

    Some times these rattles can be a resonance issue. Have someone sit in the cab and slowly run the engine rpm up and down. Have another person outside listen for rattling sounds at different rpm's. Resonance will usually be a higher pitch buzzing sound and will occur at a specific RPM or range of RPM. When found tighten, lubricate or shim. Rattling in the rear end would more likely be more of a clunking sound. Camel backs will rattle but usually after thousands of miles of wear on suspension parts.

    Saw a lot of APA Macks in my time. Never saw a vertical stack on an R or a CH.

    By the time they got the bugs out of the 711's the damage to Mack was already done. Fortunately the Maxi came along. but with a small block compared to the competition (Cummins Cat). Too bad Mack"s big six was never Maxied.
