  1. See if you can spin the turbo with your fingers........when the engine isn’t running.
  2. Do you know if you have a Kysor relay? From what your describing you may have one. if your not sure do a search on here for kysor engine shut down relay.
  3. Sounds like we’re talking about the same sensor. Would make sense if the fan engages full as a default feature in the engine software. Safeguards to give the charge air column in CMCAC full cooling air flow if EECU manifold temp value signal is lost.
  4. Is it the IMT sensor or “IAT” sensor? If you know your harness from point A to point B is in perfect condition be suspicious of ground contacts, even the grounds supporting the newly installed harness.
  5. A 2002 CH613 with a 460HP E-tech CCRS engine. The best class model for reliability in a pre-tier 3. That's the one I'd be restoring and driving.
  6. 20 hours left.....you driving it home Moxie Man? Nearly $~doubled~$.
  7. Question is will anyone even miss the key lime portion of our pie this Thanksgiving? Nothing wrong with Cherry or Pumpkin. Heck, even blackberry can hit the spot if Fat Cousin Jimbo gets there first. Notice the Mack portion is a faded, Anemic, light green version of the Volvo. Kind of symbolic. It’s lost all its flavor and richness from being bled dry by its parent company.
  8. I say “Aye, Aye Captain” to that. The only conservative mouthpiece I can listen to these days is Ben Shapiro. He’s an objective thinker.
  9. They’re one piece and very specific. I’ve only ever bought them from Mack.
  10. Seems like a lot of dough till you look at guys like Stephen Curry making $40,231,758 a year for working a seasonal job playing games and loving it.
  11. Pump wear. Internal rack is not returning to center. When you shift and change (increase) RPM it’s shaking loose in the governor and giving control back to your foot. I’ve had guys add lubricant to fuel and it nurses it. Dry, low sulfur, fuel isn’t what they were built for.....plus it’s an old rig....run better on a diet of bacon than tofu.
  12. Lol, while you have it stripped for kingpins you better add an extra leaf to the front right spring to support that turbo, we don’t want to create a lean!! Careful about running with no pyro, it’s your insurance policy against a blue turbo. Old Milwaukee.
  13. Volvo should pull the operation and move it back overseas since Sweden is only 71% unionized labor.....ummm…….oh, wait?
  14. Agreed, its a modern Icon who determines how your day is going to go...……. You key up, it does it's "dash flash" bulb check, it goes out, you start the engine and then you stare at it hoping it doesn't come back on once the engines up
  15. If you don’t want the free copy then purchase it for $30 off Mack E-Media. They sell the book. Publication 5-106.
  16. Low spec or top spec? We tried hard to hit the top spec/max protrusion to get the extra sleeve crush and fire sealing in high HP range. Above 400HP you tend to have a hopping head.
  17. Clean the clutch metal debris off the flywheel housing position sensor. You can access it from below.
  18. Then next time I see the joker with your shopping cart I'm going to tackle him?
  19. I still think there's a big misunderstanding somewhere in this? Or not? That's the great thing about this forum P.T., you can be typing and threading while your covered in the days filth, or even sitting on your porcelain throne, and still everyone perceives you as a congenial gentleman so long as you have a good paint job, truck building experience, decent truck pics or Mack savvy. Not only are folks on BMT not judgmental, we lack judgement. That's why it could all be a matter of confusion and misunderstanding on the part of the Bitty Committee. For instance this pic of you. Looks like your homeless, Right? but actually patiently waiting for the truck salvage yard up in Bangor to open.....Just a matter of perception really.. Now THAT'S dedication!!! However, the ladies wouldn't understand. You after buying a shopping cart full of vintage truck parts at the 2019 Macungie swap meet. NICE SCORE!!! Ladies are all like...." Oh, Yuck". Remember this one? You living in your travel van, down by the river, for a week in Michigan chasing the Grapevine B Mack....LOOKS COMFY!! (appear 2B searching for a Moxie?). Ladies are all gagging, looking down and praying you have your boxers on. In our world your the “Man with the plan” willing to skip a shower to score the prize......but a “high class" prissy township girl really is never going to understand you.
  20. You can get those as a free download off of Mack E-media or buy the published manual there. I bought my last manual right over the counter at the dealership.
  21. I translated the hieroglyphics. @= I #= Love $= Mack &= Transmissions %= and $= Pumpkin pie That's awesome, those are my favorites too!!!
  22. What transmission is it? Did you do any work to it prior to the issue occurring?
  23. You need to include information. Fuller? Mack? Spicer? Truck?
  24. There is a service bulletin out there to replace the bolts for breaking.....It lists that its for ASET AC, but they apparently were breaking on AI and AC...... SB213043.pdf
